The Clinical Study On Stable Coronary Disease Associated With Depression Treated By Shuangxin Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of chest pain of Stable Coronary Disease associated with Depression symptoms treated by traditional chinese medicine Shuangxin decoction. Approach the efficacy of Stable Coronary Disease associated with Depression psychological barriers treated by Soothing Liver and Relieving Depression, coordinating qi and blood.Methods:Select 60 Stable Coronary Disease Patients, who have chest pain associated with Depression. Randomly divided into Treatment group 30 cases and Control group 30 cases. Treatment group taking Shuangxin decoction for 4 weeks on the basis of Conventional anti-myocardial ischemia drugs and Psychological counseling. Control group only treated with Conventional anti-myocardial ischemia drugs and Psychological counseling for 4 weeks. Observe and statistical analysis the Changes in the score and the total effective rate of chest pain symptoms, Zung self-rating depressive scale and Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome before and after treatment both of the two groups.Results:After treatment, the curative effect of the Treatment group treated with traditional chinese medicine is obvious better than the Control group:The decline in the score of chest pain symptoms of the Treatment group is significant better than the Control group(P<0.05), its total effective rate is 80.00%, comparing with the Control group(23.33%), and there's a significant difference(P<0.05). The decline in the score of Zung self-rating depressive scale is also significant better than the Control group(P<0.05), its total score deducted rate is 76.67%, comparing with the Control group(26.67%), the difference has a statistical significance(P<0.05). The decline in the score of TCM symptoms of the Treatment group is significant better than the Control group(P<0.05), its total effective rate is 83.33%, comparing with the Control group(26.67%), the difference has a statistical significance(P<0.05). After treatment, the mean heart rate is reduced to some extent both of two groups, and the Treatment group is more obvious than the Control group(P<0.05). There's no significant difference in the level of blood glucose and lipid profile before and after treatment both of the two groups, but the level of blood glucose and lipid profile of the Treatment group present a downtrend. And there's no abnormal changes in blood routine, urine and feces routine both of the two groups.Conclusion:Shuangxin decoction can effectively alleviate and remove the chest pain symptoms of Stable Coronary Heart disease associated with depression patients. Meanwhile, it can effectively improve the mood of anxiety and depression and the whole TCM symptoms, it can also reduce patients'heart rate obviously. So to patients with Stable Coronary Heart disease associated with depression, Soothing Liver and Relieving Depression, Coordinating Qi and Blood is an effective therapy worth paying attention.
