Objective:By observing the effect of chaigui Wendan Decoction on the total score of TCM symptoms,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)in patients with anxiety disorder(qi stagnation and phlegm depression type)after PCI of coronary heart disease,to evaluate the clinical effect of this decoction.Methods:60 patients with anxiety disorder(qi stagnation and phlegm depression type)after PCI were selected from the Department of Cardiology, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine. They were divided into two groups according to the patients' wishes: the treatment group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Deanxit in addition to the routine basic treatment after PCI.The treatment group was treated with the routine basic treatment after PCI plus chaigui Wendan Decoction, and the observation time was 4 weeks.By comparing the total score of TCM syndrome,HAMA and SAS before treatment,2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,we can judge the improvement of clinical symptoms of chaigui Wendan Decoction in patients with anxiety disorder(qi stagnation and phlegm depression type)after PCI.Result:1.TCM symptoms: compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in the total score of TCM symptoms in the treatment group after 2 weeks and 4 weeks(P > 0.05);after 4 weeks, the effective rate of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was 85.7%,and that in the control group was 78.6%,there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P > 0.05);compared with that before treatment, the total score of TCM symptoms in the two groups was significantly lower(P < 0.05),and it was lower after 4 weeks of treatment than after 2 weeks of treatment(P < 0.05);2.HAMA: compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in HAMA score after 2 weeks and 4 weeks in the treatment group(P > 0.05);after 4 weeks, the effective rate of HAMA was 92.9% in the treatment group and 85.7% in the control group, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P >0.05);compared with that before treatment,HAMA scores of the two groups were significantly decreased(P < 0.05),and after 4 weeks of treatment,it was lower than that after 2 weeks of treatment(P < 0.05);3.SAS: compared with the control group, the SAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower after 2 weeks of treatment(P < 0.05),and significantly lower after 4 weeks of treatment(P < 0.01);after 4 weeks of treatment, the SAS efficiency of the treatment group was 89.3%,and that of the control group was 82.1%,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05);compared with before treatment,SAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower(P < 0.05),and after4 weeks of treatment,SAS scores were significantly lower than those after 2 weeks of treatment(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Chaiguiwendan Decoction can reduce the total score of TCM symptoms,HAMA score and SAS score of patients with anxiety disorder(qi stagnation and phlegm depression type)after PCI of coronary heart disease, improve the efficiency and improve the clinical symptoms of patients;2.Chaiguiwendan Decoction has no adverse reactions and high safety in the treatment of patients with anxiety disorder(qi stagnation and phlegm depression type)after PCI of coronary heart disease.
