Variation Of The Erchen Decoction’s Observation On The Efficacy Of Lipid Profile And SSTCM Of Stable Coronary Heart Disease With Syndrome Of Stagnation Of Tan And Zhuo

Objective:This study aimed at comparing therapeutic effect between two groups of patients who got stable coronary heart disease and the syndrome was caused by "Inner sedimentary and phlegmy obstacle".The control group used Atorvastatin to improve lipid profile in 8 weeks.While the therapeutic method of treatment group was Atorvastatin and Erchen decoction.And after 8 weeks data was analyzed to find out differences between two groups.Meaningful index includes LDL-c level/TC/TG/HDL-c level etc.Methods:The cases were selected from Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine during November 2018 to December 2019.Selected 60 patients who conformed to diagnosis standard(stable coronary heart disease;LDL-c level > 1.8mmol/l)randomly alloted to two groups.The control group used Atorvastatin to control LDL-c level in 8 weeks.While the therapeutic method of treatment group was Atorvastatin and Erchen decoction.After 8 weeks collected index includes LDL-c level/TC/TG/HDL-c level etc.Analysed the difference between two groups to find out the influence of Erchen decoction.The chosen statistical software was SPSS21.0.Results:1.The LDL-c level/TC/TG level of selected cases were all raised while their HDL-c was low before therapy.2.After 4 weeks there was no statistical difference of TC/TG/HDL-c level in two groups(P>0.05),the LDL-c level showed statistical difference between two groups(P<0.05).3.After 8 weeks LDL-c level/TC/TG/HDL-c level between two groups all showed statistical difference(P<0.05),and the effection of treatment group was better.4.The score of TCM symptom in two groups showed statistical difference,the improvement of treatment group is better(P<0.05).Conclusion: After 4 weeks TC/TG/LDL-c level of two groups declined while HDL-c level raised,the reduction of LDL-c level in treatment group is better than control group(P<0.05).And after 8 weeks TC/TG/LDL-c/HDL-c level of control group and treatment group showed statistical difference,the treatment group is better than control group.At last,the improvement of symptom of TCM in treatment group is better than control group.
