Objective: The purpose of this study is to preliminarily determinate the biomechanical parameters of pushing manipulation with one finger and to explore pushing manipulation with one finger in different operators by operating pushing manipulation with one finger on the GD-? massage teaching and examination system. Methods: 10 college male students and 10 female students majoring in acupuncture and massage, and 10 college teachers teaching massage, were randomly selected. While operating pushing manipulation with one finger, the operator sit or stood straight and kept the upper body upright. In the teacher group, each person operated pushing manipulation with one finger on the Zusanli part of GD-? massage teaching and examination system.Student group carried out pushing manipulation with one finger at Zusanli part on the operation before training and after training. The purpose is to analyze the differences of technique among different operators. Results: 1.Male students before training, after training group and the female group before training, after training, the average force, frequency, cycle, cycle standard deviation, frequency standard deviation were significantly different(P<0.01).2.Before training of male and female students, there was a significant difference in the comparison cycle(P<0.01),and the frequency and frequency standard deviation were different(P<0.05);teacher group compare with male students before training and female group before training, the average force, cycle, cycle standard deviation, frequency and frequency standard deviation were significantly different(P<0.01).3.After the training of male and female students, the average force and frequency of manipulation were different(P<0.05),there was asignificant difference in frequency between two group(P<0.01);there was a significant difference in the average force and frequency between the teacher and male students after training(P<0.01),and the cycle and frequency standard deviation were different(P<0.05);there was a significant difference in the average force and cycle standard deviation between the teacher group and the female students after training(P<0.01),and the frequency and frequency standard deviation were different(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Training can improve the quality of the practice, the student group's technique is better after training than before training. It shows that training is necessary, and the operation can be stabilized by practice.2.The teacher group has the advantages of uniform strength, fixed frequency and small fluctuation, which is better than that of the students.3.The system availability is strong, and stable,it is worth developing and using in the massage of teaching and evaluation.
