| Dry eye are common clinical ophthalmology ocular surface disease is caused by any reason, the abnormity of tear’s quantity or quality or dynamics of the tear film instability, and discomfort associated with eye symptoms(such as eye-dryness, photophobia, foreign body flu and symptoms), resulting in ocular surface tissue lesions characterized by a general term for a series of diseases.The search of epidemic and clinic proved the incidence of dry eye is much higher than our imagines.aqueous tear deficiency(ATD)dry eye more see in clinical.Currently there are no effective therapeutic methods yet.This study aims to seek valid therapy tracing after summing the evolvement of reach in etiology and pathogeny, mechanism, detection methods and research progress.on the basis of analysis clinical data of Dry eye, combined with clinical experience.we use pushing manipulation with one-finger(PMOF) and Huolong treatment for treatment of ATD dry eye to determine the PMOF and Huolong treatment of dry eye the clinical efficacy.OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of pushing manipulation with one-finger and Huolong treatment in treating aqueous tear deficiency dry eye.METHODS:80cases were randomly divided into a treatment group and control Tears Natuxal II group,40cases in each group. Observe the change of the subjective clinical symptoms, cornea fluorescent pigmentation(FL), Break-up time of tears(BUT), Schirmer I test(SIt), and then the two groups before and after treatment data were statistically analyzed in order to contrast the treatment of the Two groups to study the validity of PMOF and Huolong treatment.RESULTS:It is proved that there is statistical difference between the before and after treatment with PMOF and Huolong in BUT and clinical symptoms. But not in SIt and FLCONCLUSIONS:Treating aqueous tear deficiency(ATD) dry eye with PMOF and Huolong treatment have better effectiveness not only objective but subjective symptoms. |
