Objective:To compare the intensity and frequency of volunteers' Rolling Manipulation with different levels,to discuss the operating essentials of Rolling Manipulation,to provide objective basis for standardized operation of Rolling Manipulation and to guide teaching and clinical application,technicians observed Rolling Manipulation of volunteers by using SF-?massage parameter measuring system.Method:30 volunteers were divided into beginner group,practice group and teacher group,10 in each group.Different level volunteers operated Rolling Manipulation for 1 times about 1 minute after they practiced it on the force measuring platform until it was stable.The waveform selected of all volunteers was 6 second waveform in the same time period.Peaks,valleys and peak valley difference of Z,X,Y axes were measured by using electronic scale.The obtained average value was taken as forward(backward)swing intensity,backward(forward)swing intensity and peak valley difference of the volunteers.The number of Rolling Manipulation operated in 1 minute was the frequency.Result:1.The intensity of forward swing,backward swing and peak valley difference on Z axes in three groups were significant statistical difference(P<0.01).The parameters of teacher group on Z axes were largest.The parameters of practice group were a little smaller.The parameters of beginner group were minimum.2.Compared with teacher group and practice group,the intensity of forward swing and backward swing on X axes in beginner group were significant statistical difference(p<0.01).The parameters of beginner group were minimum.There was no significant difference in the intensity of forward swing and backward swing on X axes between practice group and teacher group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the peak valley difference on X axes in the three groups(P>0.05).3.There was significant statistical difference in the intensity of forward swing and backward swing on Y axes in the three groups(P<0.01).The parameters of teacher group on Y axes were largest.The parameters of practice group were a little smaller.The parameters of beginner group were minimum.There was no significant difference in the peak valley difference on Y axes in the three groups(P>0.05).4.Compared with teacher group and practice group,the frequency in beginner group was significant statistical difference(P<0.01).Frequency between practice group and teacher group was statistical difference(P<0.05).The frequency of teacher group was fastest,the practice group was slightly slower,the beginner group is the slowest.Conclusion:1.The difference about intensity of Rolling Manipulation mainly in the vertical direction(Z axes)intensity in the three groups.Therefore we could focus on training vertical direction intensity for beginners in the teaching process.2.Rolling Manipulation of teacher group were the best in the three groups.There was greater forward momentum,smaller adduction withdraw force,longer wave amplitude,faster frequency,steeper ascending branch,more powerful intensity and more coherent and stable Rolling Manipulation in the teacher group.The operating essentials of teachers' Rolling Manipulation embodied the characteristics of "uniform,powerful and deep,and was used for teaching and clinical application.
