The Effect On Different Frequency Of Pushing Manipulation With One-finger Meditation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Dry Eye Symptoms

ObjectivesBy observing different frequencies of pushing manipulation with one-finger meditation to treat dry eye symptoms(DES),analyze the effect on the low frequency group(50100/times/min),the medium frequency group(101-150 times/min)and the high frequency group(151-200 times/min)on DES,and discuss the dose-effect relationship.MethodsCollecting 95 patients with GES who were from the massage department of Shenzhen Bao’an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and meeted the standards,Then the patients were randomly assigned to group A,group B and group C,with 31 cases in group A,32 cases in group B,and 32 cases in group C.The patients of group A were treated with pushing manipulation with one-finger meditation with a frequency of 50-100/times per minute,the ones of group B were treated with a frequency of 101-150 times/min,and the ones of group C were treated with a frequency of 151-200 times/min.The course of treatment for each group was once a day,18min each time,once every other day,3 times a week,a total of 2 weeks of treatment.And each group of patients were treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops at the same time,2 drops each time,3 times a day for a total of 2 weeks.After the course of treatment,the researchers observed and compared the differences in symptom score,dry eye score,BUT,and FL of each group before and after treatment.Results(1)The gender,age,pre-treatment symptom score and indicators of the subjects in each group were statistically analyzed,and the P value was>0.05,which was not statistically significant,indicating that the subjects’ data before treatment were not significantly different and comparable.(2)Comparing within the group,after treatment,the clinical symptom score,dry eye score,BUT,and FL of the three groups were improved compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of clinical symptom improvement score,dry eye improvement score,BUT and FL of each group showed that the improvement of group B was better than the other two groups,and compared with the other two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Group C was compared with group A in symptom improvement score,dry eye improvement score,and BUT,and the difference was also statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The total effective rate of group A was 76.7%.The total effective rate of group B was 93.3%.The total effective rate of group C was 86.7%.Pairwise comparisons among the 3 groups showed statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusions(1)Different frequencies of pushing manipulation with one-finger meditation combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops have obvious clinical effects in the treatment of GES.(2)The medium frequency group(101-150 times/min)is significantly better than the low frequency group(50-100/times/min)and the high frequency group(151-200 times/min)in the treatment of GES,and the treatment effect of the high frequency group was better than that of the low frequency group.
