Objective By the observation of quality of life scale with TCM characteristics Desensitization Ended Sneeze Soup Oral and fumigation in treating pulmonary spleen-deficiency type of quality of life of patients with allergic rhinitis,the study on the feasibility of it as clinical efficacy evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine,and explore the mechanism of Desensitization Ended Sneeze Soup Oral and fumigation,in order to study the clinical value of the treatment of allergic rhinitis,provide clinical thought and method in treating allergic rhinitis,which combination of internal and external of traditional Chinese medicine treatment.Methods Between January 2013 and December 2013,choosing 99 cases of allergic rhinitis of lung spleen-deficiency type from Chinese medicine hospital of zhejiang province,divided into three groups by random method,Desensitization Ended Sneeze soup of oral and fumigation group(group I),desensitization Ended Sneeze soup group(group ?),nasonex group(? group).Observer record three groups of patients with clinical signs and symptoms score before treatment,treatment after 2 weeks,after 2 months of treatment,Allergic rhinitis patients fill in the quality of life scale before treatment,2 weeks after treatment,after treatment for 2 months,observer calculate scores of all dimension and each dimension at each observation point.Results 1.Desensitization Ended Sneeze Soup oral and fumigation have the exact curative effect on pulmonary spleen-deficiency type allergic rhinitis,Can improve total effective rate of the treatment of lung spleen-deficiency type allergic rhinitis,Can improve pulmonary spleen-deficiency type allergic rhinitis patients' symptoms,signs,the quality of life,Quality of life in some dimension effect is remarkable,the long-term effect is better than that of a short time.2.From the point of signs and symptoms of scoring criteria,three groups have curative effect after treatment,2 months of treatment compare with 2 weeks treatment improved significantly.Total effective rate comparison after 2 weeks of treatment,Desensitization Ended Sneeze soup of desensitization oral and fumigation group with nasonex group,there was no significant difference on treatment,Desensitization Ended Sneeze soup of desensitization oral and fumigation group,nasonex group is better than that of desensitization Ended Sneeze soup;Total effective rate comparison after 2 months of treatment,Desensitization Ended Sneeze soup of desensitization oral and fumigation group 73.33%,desensitization Ended Sneeze soup group51.72%,nasonex group 65.63%,Desensitization Ended Sneeze soup of desensitization oral and fumigation group,nasonex group is better than that of desensitization Ended Sneeze soup.3.From the quality of life of allergic rhinitis scale score,three groups after treatment all can improve overall quality of life of patients,2 weeks after treatment,Desensitization Ended Sneeze soup oral and fumigation group is better than that of desensitization Ended Sneeze soup about total dimensions,in their own situation,social communication,psychological effect,mental health dimension is superior to desensitization Ended Sneeze soup;2 months after treatment,Desensitization Ended Sneeze soup oral and fumigation group is better than that of desensitization Ended Sneeze soup,nasonex group about total dimensions and psychological effect,mental health dimension,is superior to desensitization Ended Sneeze soup in their own situation,social communication.4.Can the quality of life scale from the Angle of modem medical model reflects curative effect of combined therapy of the allergic rhinitis,can well reflect the advantage of the overall treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion Desensitization Ended Sneeze Soup oral and fumigation have the exact curative effect on pulmonary spleen-deficiency type allergic rhinitis,compared with the pure Desensitization Sneeze Soup oral and nasonex treatment,more effectively improve the patient's clinical symptoms,improve quality of life,Worthy of further research and promotion in clinical.Treatment of traditional Chinese medicine's advantage lies in the improvement of systemic symptom,quality of life scale by patients fill out on their own,which is a kind of curative effect evaluation method,pay more attention to the patient's own feeling,can reflect the curative effect of treatment,from several aspects can well reflect the advantage of the overall treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
