Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure With Jiaxiang Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction

Objective:Observing the clinical efficacy of jiawei Xiangsha Liujun Decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure (CHF) for the sake of offering a new thinking method for the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods:Randomly select 64 cases of CHF patients form Teaching Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chniese Medicine according to the diagnostic criteria of CHF. Divided into treatment and control group (32 cases in each group).The treatment group use the jiawei Xiangsha Liujun Decoction on the basic treatment of Western medicine, while the control group used western medicine alone,4 weeks as a course.Observing therapeutic action of the two rows after the end of the experiment, using statistical software SPSS21.0 statistical analying,P< 0.05 have clinical significance.Results:1.the total curative effect of two groups of patients with heart failure, treatment group total effectiveness 80%, control group total effectiveness 56.7%, treatment group was better than control group (P< 0.05).2.two groups of patients after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms total integral comparison of differences between the two groups was statistically significant (P< 0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group. Treatment group in improving the heart palpitations, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, abdominal distension, sweating, etc. the curative effect of treatment group was much better than control group (P< 0.01),improving shortness of breath, defecate not free, fatigue, etc.the treatment group curative effect was better than that of control group (P< 0.05), two groups in improving cold chest chest pain, edema, and cold limbs, cough cough up phlegm, less urine no difference between the two groups (P> 0.05).3.the treatment group in improving cardiac function, brain natriuretic peptide6 minutes walk test,etc.the curative effect was superior to the control group (P< 0.05),heart colour to exceed, comparing the two groups has no statistical significance (P< 0.05).4.The two groups before and after medication safety index had no obvious abnormalities.Conclusion:jiawei Xiangsha Liujun Decoction was safety and reliable on treating the chronic heart failure, including cardiac function,symptoms of TCM and exercise performance.
