Flavored Xiangsha Guishao Liujun Decoction Treatment Of Cancer Loss Of Appetite Analysis Of Clinical Research

ObjectivesProfessor Liu ShenLin,an famous expert in tradional Chinese medicine,especially on gastrointestinal cancer field,has accumulated rich clinical experience to treat cachexia syndrome by using traditional Chinese medicine in his clinical practice.This doctoral thesis was based on all the learning when I attended on the professor Liu in the clinic.It was mainly focused on the treatment principle as well as etiology,formula and prescription..By reviewing his experience simultaneously and clinical research,this thesis tried to demonstrate academic clinical idea of professor Liu on cachexia syndrome by using flavored Xiangsha Guishao Liujun Decoction.we observed its clinical efficacy in the treatment of cancer with loss of appetite/cachexia syndrome(CACS).Therefore,his academic idea can be inherited and developed to expand the path of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for advanced cancer.PatientsCollected from January 2013 to June 2015 were diagnosed as malignant cancer patients with cancer loss of appetite/cachexia syndrome in patients with a total of 60 cases,including 27 males and 33 females,were from the Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of cancer outpatient and inpatient ward,The pathology or clinical diagnosis of breast cancer,lung cancer,gastric cancer,colorectal cancer,pancreatic cancer,endometrial cancer,gallbladder cancer,esophageal cancer,cervical cancer,prostate cancer,lymphoma,whose average age of 58.7 years.'Methods60 patients were randomly divided into medroxyprogesterone group(n = 20),flavored Xiangsha Guishao Liujun Decoction(20 cases)and flavored Xiangsha Guishao Liujun Decoction Ketone group(n = 20).To analyze the changes of Kashi's score,quality of life score,appetite,weight,and albumin variation and survival time of the three groups before and after treatment,and to analyze the clinical value of spleen and stomach detoxification treatment of cancer cachexia.ResultsThe survival rate of the three groups of patients after treatment,the quality of life score and appetite,weightof traditional Chinese medicine,the survival period were improved before;and to spleen and stomach detoxification method plus flavor Shaoxiang Sha Shao Junzi soup,(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05)P>0.05).which Fully reflect the synergy which combine traditional Chinese and western medicine.
