Research On The Evaluation Of Online Health Community Information Service Quality

The emergence of the Internet provides a good opportunity for many industries to develop online platforms and expand living space.The development of Internet platform breaks the limitation of time and space,so that users can shop,communicate and even solve their own health problems anytime and anywhere.In April 2018,the general office of the State Council issued the opinions on promoting the development of Internet plus medical health.In the opinion,to facilitate medical treatment and improve the quality and efficiency of medical services,it is necessary to promote the deep integration of Internet and medical health as soon as possible.Against this background,the new mode of "Internet plus medical health" service has been developing vigorously,and the online health community has also come into being.It provides a good foundation for solving the health problems of the people and satisfying the deep health needs.However,with the development of online health community,information service problems come one after another,such as users' disease privacy disclosure,doctors' diagnosis errors,and the overall service quality needs to be improved.Based on the above situation,this paper tries to establish a set of scientific,applicable and practical online health community information service quality ev aluation system and evaluation model to provide effective methods for online h ealth community to improve service quality.Firstly,the research status of online health community at home and abroad is reviewed,and the definition and theor etical knowledge related to online health community information service are ela borated;secondly,the evaluation system of online health community information service quality is established after the research on the relevant theories of servi ce quality and the related research results of domestic and foreign scholars,and the index screening through the questionnaire preliminary research Price hypot hesis model;then,through the questionnaire survey data collection,using the princ ipal component analysis method for data analysis,the evaluation hypothesis mod el was modified;finally,taking Lilac Doctor as the object,using the fuzzy compr ehensive evaluation method for empirical analysis,the applicability of the index system and model was verified,and the countermeasures were put forward accor ding to the empirical analysis results.In theory,this paper uses the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire sur vey,factor analysis,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to build an online health co mmunity information service quality evaluation system.In practice,Lilac Doctor i s selected as the empirical object to evaluate the quality of information service,and analyze the overall level of information service,and put forward suggestion s for improving the quality of information service in view of the weakness of information service.The evaluation system and evaluation model constructed in t his study are reasonable and practical,and can be applied to the evaluation of online health community information service quality,which is helpful to provide reference for online health community to find out the deficiencies of informati on service and effective improvement methods in time.
