Objective: This research is mainly about patients with mixed urinary incontinence as the object of observation, evaluating if the effect of electro acupuncture will improve the conditions of the patients with mixed urinary incontinence symptoms to improve the situation, after treatment and follow-up of quality of life to improve the situation, for acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of mixed urinary incontinence provides a simple and practical method to treat.Methods:50 cases of patients with mixed urinary incontinence patients were rando-mly divided into an experimental group and a control group, 5 cases were failed and45 cases were effective, 23 cases from the experimental group and 22 cases from the control group. The experimental group were Zhongliao Huiyang, using density wave, frequency of 10/50 Hz, stimulated for 30 minutes. The treatments for experimental gro-up were 3 times a week, for 12 weeks, a total of 36 times of treatments. The control group was doing the PFMT joint solifenacin treatment, PFMT concentrated training, each training was 45 min, once a week from the first week to the 12 th, once in 4 wee-ks from the 13 th week to the 36 th altogether 18 times. Three times a dayfor the train-ing at home training one time at every morning, noon and evening, last for 36 wee-ks, take solifenacin once a day with water before meals or after dinner, one tablet each time(5 mg). For 36 weeks. 72 h voiding diary card were recorded during the treat-ment in the week 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 and follow-up period in week 16, 20, 24, 28, 32, 36; ICIQ-SF score were recorded during the treatment in the week 4, 8, 12 and f-ollow up period of weeks 16, 20, 24, 28, 32, 36, treatment of the 4 and 12 weeks of 1H urine pad test leakage urine volume, and statistical analysis of data. Results: 1. The number of 72 h leakage urinary: two groups of each evaluation period, compared with previous treatment, the differences had statistically meaning(P < 0.05); two groups of each evaluation period, compared treatment in the second week, four week, 6th week and 8th week, there were no significant differences(P > 0.05). The treatment effect did not enhance as the treatment goes on; the evaluation during the follow-up period of the two groups compare with period treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05), the follow-up period still has curative effect; two follow-up period each time and treatment period of second, compared to 2 weeks, there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05); There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05), and the treatment effect was similar between the experimental group and the control group. 2. The ICIQ-SF scores: two groups of each evaluation period, compared with previous treatment, the differences hadstatistically meaning(P<0.05), with the treatment goes o-n, quality of life in patients were further improved. the evaluation during thefollowup period of the two groups compare with period treatment, the differences were stat-istically significant(P < 0.05), two follow-up period each time and treatment period of second, compared to 12 weeks, there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05); two groups after the end of treatment to maintain the basic treatment effect. Th-ere was no significant difference in the ICIQ-SF scores between the two groups(P > 0.05). The experimental group and the control group were basically equal to the treat-ment effect. 3. 1 hour urine pad test on leakage of urine volume: The two treatments in week 4 and 12 compared with previous treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05); treatment in the two groups during the 12 week and the 4th week 1H urine pad test leak urine volume ratio, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), indicating that the two groups of 1H urine pad test leak urine volume decreased with the treatment cycle is prolonged; between the two groups of 1H urine pad test leak urine volume ratio between groups there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05), indicating the treatment effects of the experimental group and the control group, the treatment effect are almost the same. 4. The occurrence rate of the side effects from these two groups: the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05), The occurrence rate of the side effects from experi mental group is lower than control group. Conclusion: 1. The experimental group in Zhongliao, Hui Yang acupoint can effectively improve the conditions of the patients with mixed urinary incontinence symptoms to improve the situation.2. The two group almost had the same effect. 3. The occurrence rate of experimental group is lower, and acupuncture treatment is eco-friendly.
