Objective To study the efficacy of rehabilitation therapy combined with pelvic floor muscle training for urinary stressing incontinence during early postpartum period in pregnant woman. Methods From January 2013 to January 2015,100 patients in our hospital suffering from urinary stressing incontinence and hypertension during early postpartum period were collected. All the patients were randomly divided into two groups, each 50 cases. As control group,50 cases accepted treatment of pelvic floor muscle training. While,in study group, the other 50 cases accepted treatment of aforementioned combined with rehabilitation therapy. Results Treatment condition, the strength of muscle, the condition of leakage of urine were observed and compared before and after treatment. In the study group 36 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective, the total effective rate was 96%,while the control group 20 cases were markedly effective,17 cases were effective, the total effective rate was 74%.Results The total effective rate in the study group was obviously higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The scale of muscle strength elevated is higher in the study group than in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment, the study group is better than the control group in the situation of the condition of leakage of urine(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation therapy combined with pelvic floor muscle training could provide great efficacy for patients suffering from urinary stressing incontinence during early postpartum period, which was worth clinical application and promotion.
