Objective1.To investigate the optimal range of age, body mass index?BMI?and number of childbirths in patients with SUI with Shen-Qi-deficiency syndrome by Orthogonal experimental design.2.To explore the efficacy of electric acupuncture and electric acupuncture combined with pelvic floor muscle training?PFMT?in patients with stress urinary incontinence?SUI?.Methods60 SUI patients with Shen-Qi-deficiency who were met the inclusion criteria in the outpatient department of our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the simple random method. There were 3 cases of shedding in this study?1 patient in the treatment group lost contact;2 patients in the control group went to the local hospital for treatment?.The treatment group was treated with electroacupuncture combined with pelvic floor muscle training program in 29 cases, and the control group was treated with simple electroacupunc-ture treatment in 28 cases. Both groups were given basic treatment of"Huiyang point"and"Zhongliao point"three times a week for six weeks, and the treatment group added pelvic floor muscle exercises every day for six weeks on top of the basic treatment. The two groups respectively collected TCM syndrome scores and score of International Consultation on In-continence Questionnaire Short Form?ICI-Q-SF?before and 6 weeks after treatment.According to the three-factors two levels orthogonal experiment table L4?23?design experi-ments,SUI patients enrolled in the control group were further divided into groups, and the improvement degree of ICI-Q-SF scores before and after treatment was used as an indicator to observe patient factors A?age:18-50y,?51y?,factor B?BMI:<25,>25?,factor C?number of births:1 time,2 times?on the efficacy of electric acupuncture.Results1.ICI-Q-SF scores of the two groups:There was no significant difference in ICI-Q-SF scores between the two groups of SUI patients before treatment?P>0.05?.After treatment, the ICI-Q-SF scores of the two groups of SUI patients were lower than before, and the difference was statistically significant?P<0.01?.After treatment, the ICI-Q-SF scores of the treatment group and the control group were statistically significant?P<0.05?.And The reduction of ICI-Q-SF score in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group.2.The results of orthogonal experiment in the control group:?ICI-Q-SF scores after elec-troacupuncture treatment, visual analysis:RA=1.84,RB=1.17,RC=2.17.Using?ICI-Q-SF scores as an indicator, the optimal combination A1B1C2.That is to say,the patients can get the greatest benefit with the optimum age range of electro-acupuncture is 18-50 years old,BMI index is less than 25,and the number of deliveries is 2 times.3.TCM syndrome score:There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score be-tween the two groups of SUI patients before treatment?P>0.05?.After treatment, the TCM symptom scores of patients with SUI in the two groups were all lower than those before, and the difference was statistically significant?P<0.01?.After treatment, there was no statistical difference in TCM syndrome score between the treatment group and the control group in SUI patients?P>0.05?.4.Comparison of clinical efficacy:The effective rate in the treatment group was 62.06%,while that in the control group was 46.43%.There was no statistical difference in the clinical efficacy between the two groups of SUI patients after treatment?Z=-1.151,P=0.250>0.05?.Conclusion1.Electroacupuncture combined with pelvic floor muscle training and electroacupuncture can both improve the clinical symptoms of SUI patients with Shen-Qi-deficiency syndrome.2.Electroacupuncture combined with pelvic floor muscle training can improve the ICI-Q-SF scores of SUI patients with Shen-Qi-deficiency syndrome;and the curative effect is better than that of the control group treated with electroacupuncture alone.3.The orthogonal test in the control group suggested that the best range of SUI patients with electroacupuncture in the treatment of Shen-Qi-deficiency syndrome was 18 to 50 years old,BMI index was less than 25,and the number of delivery times was 2 times.
