Objective:To observe the effect between electroacupuncture combined with pelvic floor muscle training(PFMT)and pelvic floor muscle training(PFMT)in the treatment of female patients with mild and moderate stress urinary incontinence, and to explore the effect of electroacupuncture combined with pelvic floor muscle training(PFMT)on pelvic floor function of female patients with mild and moderate stress urinary incontinence. Methods:According to the clinical treatment,64 cases of SUI patients were collected and randomly assigned into the treatment group and the control group with 32 patients in each group.Among them,59 cases were actually completed due to the problems of case shedding and elimination, including 30 cases in the treatment group and 29 cases in the control group. Both groups were given health education, the control group was given pelvic floor muscle training,3 times a day,6 weeks as a course of treatment;the treatment group was given electric acupuncture on the basis of the control group,3 times a week,6 weeks as a course of treatment. The curative effect was evaluated after one course of treatment.Observe patients before and after treatment of Chinese medicine symptom integral, incontinence advisory committee on international incontinence questionnaire summary table(ICIQ-UI Short Form,ICI-Q-SF),urinary incontinence affect questionnaire summary table(incontinence impact questionnaire short form,IIQ-7),pelvic floor,multi-channel semg pelvic floor, bladder, urethra, bladder neck movement degrees under ultrasonic Angle after(resting and Valsaval),urethral rotation Angle changes, and curative effect evaluation. Results SPSS22.0 was used for statistics, and P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.Both groups were effective after treatment, the total effective rate was 93.50% in the treatment group and 74.70% in the control group. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).2.The scores of TCM syndrome integral in treatment group after treatment were lower than before(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in Chinese medicine symptom integral scores in the control group after treatment(P > 0.05).There was statistical significance in the decrease of Chinese medicine symptom integral scores between the two groups(P < 0.05),and the treatment group had better efficacy in improving TCM syndrome integral of renal qi deficiency in SUI patients.3.The total score of ICI-Q-SF in both groups decreased after treatment(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group, the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing the amount and times of urine leakage(P < 0.05).4.After treatment, the maximum value of fast closing, the mean value of tight closing and the mean value of tolerance of pelvic floor EMG were increased in both groups(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group, the experimental group was better than the control group in improving the maximum value of fast closing, the mean value of tight closing and the mean value of tolerance of pelvic floor surface EMG(P < 0.05).5.After treatment, the mobility of bladder neck, the posterior Angle of the resting bladder and urethra, the posterior Angle of the lower bladder and urethra and the rotation Angle of the urethra in the two groups decreased compared with before treatment(P < 0.05).There were no significant differences in movement of bladder neck, posterior Angle of resting bladder and urethra, posterior Angle of Valsalva bladder and urethra and rotation Angle of urethra between the two groups(P > 0.05).6.The two groups after treatment ⅡQ-7 total score than former decreased(P < 0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in reducing the score of ⅡQ-7(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Electroacupuncture combined with pelvic floor muscle training(PFMT)and pelvic floor muscle training(PFMT)can improve the clinical symptoms, pelvic floor function and quality of life of SUI patients.2.The effect of electroacupuncture combined with pelvic floor muscle training(PFMT)is better than that of pelvic floor muscle training(PFMT)in improving the TCM Syndromes of kidney qi deficiency, clinical symptoms of urinary incontinence and quality of life of SUI patients.3.Electroacupuncture combined with pelvic floor muscle training(PFMT)and pelvic floor muscle training(PFMT)can improve the level of myoelectric on the surface of the pelvic floor of patients with SUI.The changes of the structure of pelvic floor can be objectively evaluated by pelvic floor ultrasound, which may be the potential mechanism of its therapeutic effectiveness. |
