Effects Of Gujian Decoction On Estrogen,Balance And Lumbar Function In Postmenopausal Osteoporosis With Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Objective: To observe the effect of Gujian Decoction on estrogen,balance and lumbar function in postmenopausal osteoporosis patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis,and compared with the treatment of osteoporosis with Jintiange Capsule,and objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of Gujian Decoction in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis with kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Methods: Seventy-eight patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis caused by kidney deficiency and blood stasis who met the inclusion criteria and visited the First Department of Bone of Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December2019 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 39 cases each.The experimental group was treated with Gujian Decoction,and the control group was treated with Jintiange Capsule for 3 consecutive months.SPSS 20.0statistical software was used for statistical analysis of the collected data.Changes in estrogen,balance ability and lumbar function were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and liver and kidney functions were evaluated before and after the test.Results:1.There were no cases of shedding during the treatment.2.The general information(age,BMI,course of disease and bone mineral density)of the two groups in line with this study was statistically analyzed,and there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05),which could be compared.3.As for estradiol,the level of estradiol in the experimental group could be significantly improved,with a statistically significant difference,while the control group had no significant effect on estradiol(P>0.05).4.After 3 months of treatment,both treatment regimens could improve the balance ability of the two groups,and the improvement of the balance ability of the experimental group was more significant than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).5.There was no significant difference in JOA lumbar functional score between the two groups before the test(P>0.05).After the test,the JOA lumbar functional score in the two groups was improved,and the effective rate of JOA lumbar functional score in the test group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical efficacy of the test group was better than that of the control group.6.There was no abnormality in liver and kidney function examination before and after the test in the two groups,and there was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that there was no adverse reaction in the two groups.Conclusion: In the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis,Gujian Decoction can improve the level of estradiol,improve the balance and JOA lumbar functional score,which is an effective treatment for osteoporosis.
