Objective： This question using modern experimental researchtechniques method of combining the basic theory of traditionalChinese medicine.Observed in patients with chronic renal failure,spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome, the wet muddy blood stasisand kidney fibrosis-related growth factor PDGF, BMP-7thedifferential expression.Thus objective basis for its accuratesyndrome.Methods： Taken met the inclusion criteria, spleen and kidneydeficiency, the wet muddy blood stasis patients36cases and normalcontrol group of20patients,Fasting blood and morning urinespecimens,The centrifugal stay sample,Enzyme-linkedimmunosorbent assay specimens in PDGF,BMP-7the sampleconcentration.Results：Increased the wet muddy blood stasis serum and urinein the PDGF, the expression of BMP-7compared with the controlgroup and the spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome group,Spleenand kidney deficiency syndrome serum and urine of PDGFexpression than the control group increased,Spleen and kidneydeficiency syndrome urinary expression of BMP-7in the controlgroup was not significantly different.Serum expression of BMP-7compared with the control group decreased.Conclusion： Increased expression of PDGF in chronic renalfailure wet muddy blood stasis syndrome group and the spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome group,Decreased expression of BMP-7in the spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome.Expression does notreduce in wet muddy blood stasis group.
