Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney And Blood Stasis Type In Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathic With Membrane Kidney Decotion

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Membrane Kidney Decoction in the treatment of patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy, and evaluate its effectiveness and safety of the treatment of IMN, hoping to provide reference for the clinical treatment of the idiopathic membranous nephropathy.Methods:This study selected 30 patients with IMN, that meet the inclusion criteria, given to Membrane Kidney Decoction for treatment. The course of treatment was 6 months, we observed the changes of laboratory indexes in 3 months and 6 months of TCM symptoms integral, urine protein, urine occult blood,24 hours urine protein, plasma albumin, cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, protein fiber, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte electrophoresis time of patients before and after treatment. Then use SPSS17.0 to carry on statistical analysis.Results:1.The clinical observation have 30 cases of IMN patients,after treatment, the synthesis efficiency for 3 months and 6 months were 66.67%,83.33%. TCM symptom score was significantly better than that before treatment (P<0.05).2. After treatment for 3 months and 6 months, urine protein, urine occult blood,24 hours urine protein were decreased and plasma albumin were increased than before treatment significantly(P<0.05).What’s more,for 6 months and 3 months of treatment,the changes of laboratory indexes was significant(P<0.05).After treatment for 3 months and 6 months,the serum creatinine and urea nitrogen compared with before treatment had no significant change (P>0.05).3. After treatment for 3 months and 6 months,the related indexes of blood lipid and blood rheology index compared with those before treatment were decreased (P<0.05). However, for 6 months and 3 months of treatment, the changes of triglyceride, cholesterol and blood rheology indexes were significant(P<0.05), but low density lipoprotein changed without statistics significance(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Membrane Kidney Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of IMN patients and improve the quality of life of patients.2.Membrane Kidney Decoction can reduce urine protein, urine occult blood, increase plasma albumin level.3.Membrane Kidney Decoction can improve IMN patients’disorder of lipid metabolism and blood hypercoagulability.
