Objective: To study hypertension early blood stasis infrared thermal imaging characteristics, combined with healthy volunteers crowd, prehypertension non blood stasis group, hypertension blood stasis crowd infrared thermal imaging characteristics,to summarize and elucidate the hypertension early blood stasis group infrared thermal imaging characteristics, prehypertensive diagnosis provide visual basis, provide a new way for the hypertension early prevention. Methods: from March 2015 to June 2015, the medical center of Yueyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine was selected, and the inclusion criteria were met.(1)the image characteristics of prehypertension infrared thermal imaging: 50 cases were randomly selected 50 cases of patients with prehypertension and hypertension group,50 healthy volunteers group; collected the basic information of the research object, the area before the heart, head and face, the back area temperature value(the highest temperature, average temperature, minimum temperature) and general infrared thermal imaging image distribution; through the study of single factor analysis of variance and correlation analysis of prehypertension infrared thermal imaging image features;(2) study of blood stasis in the infrared thermal imaging characteristics of hypertension: 50 cases were randomly selected. Methods 50 patients with pre hypertension blood stasis group, blood stasis group non pre hypertension and 50 cases of healthy volunteers. Further, to investigate image characteristics of prehypertension blood stasis infrared thermal imaging.Results:(1) the prehypertensive subjects head Facial Deep visible red image, before the heart area with red yellow mixed image; hypertension group head and face deep visible red and white mixed image, the area before the heart visible red image with discontinuous; pre hypertension and hypertension group back appear pants kind of reddish image with back. Quantitative research results showed that in the prehypertensive subjects were head and face average temperature was significantly lower than that of the hypertension group(P < 0.01), higher than that in the healthy volunteer group(P < 0.05); the average temperature of the area before the heart was significantly lower than that of hypertension group(P < 0.01), higher than that in the healthy volunteer group(P < 0.05).(2) pre hypertension blood stasis subjects head Facial Deep visible red image, before the heart area with red yellow mixed image; prehypertension blood stasis and hypertension early non blood stasis group back braces like reddish image. The result shows that the quantitative study of pre hypertension blood stasis from the head face average temperature was significantly lower than that of hypertension early non blood stasis group(P < 0.01), higher than that in the healthy volunteer group(P < 0.05); the average temperature of the area before the heart was significantly lower than that of hypertension early non blood stasis group(P < 0.01), higher than the healthy volunteer group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1 patients with hypertension and healthy volunteers, patients with hypertension were significantly different from the image characteristics of infrared thermal imaging. 2 there were significant differences in the characteristics of the infrared thermal image of the blood stasis group and the healthy volunteers and non blood stasis group in the early stage of hypertension. 3. Pre hypertension and blood stasis constitution people in the head and face, the area before the heart and back with the specific infrared thermography and for early diagnosis and treatment of prehypertension provides a visual basis.
