Objective: with the aid of the infrared thermal imager,by observing the patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)back and is related to its list of the small intestine meridian of shenshu point of surface temperature change,on patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)points on the back of the pathological reflex point,makes every effort to find out the supersession of coronary heart disease diagnosis and acupuncture treatment.Methods: Choose 30 cases of coronary heart disease resistance(obstruction of blood stasis syndrome)patients(experimental group)and 30 cases of healthy people(control group)as the research object,the application ATIR-M301 medical infrared thermal imager to test the subjects,the collection and its infrared thermal images of the back,and then in the collected infrared thermal image map,select back(13)and the small intestine of shenshu point by the part of the back aperture(4),and record their temperature,using SPSS17.0 statistical software for data analysis.Result:1.There was no statistical significance(p>0.05)in the control group of 17 points in the control group.2.The test group,jue yin shu,xin shu,ge shu,xiaochang shu on both sides of small intestine shu temperature comparison was statistically significant(p<0.05),the left side of the temperature is below the right,the rest of the points around the temperature difference is not significant difference(p>0.05).3.The experimental group on the left side of the jue Yin shu,xin shu,ge shu,gan shu,xiaochang shu and the control group on the left side of the small intestine jue Yin shu,xin shu,ge shu,gan shu,xiaochang shu,small intestine temperature comparison was statistically significant(p<0.05),its center,xin shu temperature is a significant statistical significance(p<0.01),the rest of the acupuncture points with no statistical significance(p>0.05).4.The experimental group on the right side of jue Yin shu,xin shu,ge shu,gan shu,xiaochang shu and the control group on the right side of jue Yin shu,xin shu,ge shu,gan shu,xiaochang shu,small intestine temperature comparison was statistically significant(p<0.05),and its center,xin shu temperature is a significant statistical significance(p<0.01),the rest of the acupuncture points with no statistical significance(p>0.05).5.Experimental group outside jianzhong shu,jianwai shu,naoshu in the left and the control group on the left side of the jianzhong shu,jianwai shu,naoshu temperature comparison was statistically significant(p<0.05),the rest of the acupuncture points with no statistical significance(p> 0.05).6.Experimental group outside jianzhong shu,jianwai shu,naoshu in the right shoulder and in the control group on the right shoulder,jianzhong shu,jianwai shu,naoshu temperature comparison was statistically significant(p<0.05),the rest of the acupuncture points with no statistical significance(p>0.05).Conclusion:1.The temperature difference between the two sides of the same acupoint is not obvious.2.Patients with coronary heart disease and blood stasis syndrome,the differences between the two sides are obvious: the left side is lower than the right side.On the left,the acupoint temperature below the right may be related to the location of the heart,and the results need to be further explored.3.In patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)blood stasis shenshu point back left jue Yin shu,xin shu,ge shu,gan shu,xiaochang shu intestine temperature lower than healthy people,the left side of the xin shu,gan shu temperature significantly lower than the healthy people and coronary heart disease(CHD)patients with blood stasis on the left back shenshu point has certain pathological reaction,this may be related to heart existence state of blood stasis,further research on treatment with and without treatment significance.4.Coronary heart disease patients of blood stasis syndrome of shenshu point on the right side back jue Yin shu,xin shu,ge shu,gan shu,xiaochang shu and intestine temperature lower than healthy people,the right side of the xin shu,gan shu temperature significantly lower than healthy people,may be related to coronary heart disease(CHD)patients with blood stasis exist state of blood stasis,the results need to be further discussed.5.Blood stasis syndrome in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)in the left shoulder,jianzhong shu,jianwai shu,naoshu outside temperature lower than healthy people,show the heart diseases in instead of the inside the small intestine,it also has obvious performance,for "the heart and small intestine list" of Chinese medicine theory provides an objective basis.6.Blood stasis syndrome in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)in the right shoulder,jianzhong shu,jianwai shu,naoshu outside temperature lower than healthy people,show the heart diseases in instead of the inside the small intestine,it also has obvious performance,for "the heart and small intestine list" of traditional Chinese medicine theory provides an objective basis.7.Infrared thermography can be used as one of the primary screening methods for coronary heart disease,which can provide auxiliary reference for early diagnosis of coronary heart disease.8.The infrared thermal imaging technology,as a convenient and fast non-invasive functional imaging technique,can reflect the disease changes at a higher level and can objectively reflect the therapeutic effect of the disease.
