Objective:Through using infrared thermal imaging instrument to observe the normal blood pressure subjects,prehypertension subjects and essential hypertension subjects of forehead area's,the area of heart's and kidney area's infrared heat picture and measure the determination of the relative temperature calorific value data AT,try to study the infrared heat picture's features of different levels of blood pressure and the relativity of heart,brain and kidney's damage,for clinical early hypertension target-organ damage recognition and intervention to provide new ideas and methods.Studying the thermal infrared imaging feature of hypertension's TCM pattern and the forehead area,the area of heart and kidney area's the relative temperature calorific value data ?T,in order to provide objective of traditional Chinese medicine for essential hypertension and the basis of visualization.Method:By collecting the 50 cases of normal blood pressure,50 cases of prehypertension and 50 cases of essential hypertension subjects of general situation,with the exception of people with a variety of reasons,such as the secondary hypertension and relative brain disease,drug-induced factors,leading to increased blood pressure.And some subjects combined with acute or chronic infection,all kinds of cardiovascular disease,diabetes,and metabolic disease,or main observation body inflammation don't join in this study.Because the related factors may affect the experimental observations.Three groups of subjects join in the infrared thermal imaging inspection,records of three groups of subjects respectively positive body,the back of the torso and face's three infrared heat picture and three groups of subjects'forehead department,the area of the heart and kidney area's the relative temperature calorific value data?T.Taking hypertension group's subjects routine biochemical examine,carotid ultrasound and echocardiography and TCM's diagnostic information collection,for the record of target organ damage of essential hypertension and essential hypertension of TCM syndrome.All data were recorded in EXCEL,and the data obtained was analyzed using SPSS statistical software.Results:1.Normal blood pressure's,pre-hypertension's and essential hypertension subjects'infrared heat map of forehead presents the overall color change from yellow-green to red,essential hypertension,compared with other two group,increased frequency and area of abnormal white or yellow-green area;The infrared heat picture of the three groups' heart regions showed yellow-green and red intermingled,with a certain degree of individual difference;The infrared heat picture of the three groups of bilateral renal regions was yellow-green and showed no significant difference.2.Normal blood pressure subjects,essential prehypertension subjects and hypertension subjects' forehead of the relative temperature calorific value dataAT make difference statistically significant(P<0.01),the relative temperature calorific value data A T from high to low is prehypertension group>essential hypertension group>normal blood pressure.3.Normal blood pressure,prehypertension subjects and essential hypertension subjects'the area of heart of the relative temperature calorific value dataAT make no statistical difference(P>0.05),the area of heart of the relative temperature calorific value dataAT from high to low is hypertension group>prehypertension group>normal blood pressure group trend.4.Normal blood pressure,prehypertension subjects and essential hypertension subjects'kidney area of the relative temperature calorific value dataAT make no statistical difference(P>0.05),kidney area of the relative temperature calorific value dataAT from high to low is hypertension group>prehypertension group>normal blood pressure group trend.5.There was no statistical difference in the relative temperature calorific value dataAT if essential hypertension's group have the forehead,the anterior heart region or the bilateral renal region.6.There were statistically significant differences between the four TCM syndromes in the hypertension group(P=0.015<0.05),which showed that liver-fire hyperactivity type>yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type>excessive phlegm-dampness type>yin-yang deficiency type.7.1n Hypertension group the infrared heat pictures of liver-fire hyperactivity type is similar with yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type,presenting diffuse red or whrite area of the head and neck more than other area,abnormal high temperature area is big,white red rib at two side area.The infrared heat pictures of the excessive phlegm-dampness type shows that the body is spread with the colorful distribution of red and yellow-green.The infrared heat pictures of yin-yang deficiency type shows that the overall thermal color distribution is lighter than that of the other three syndromes.Conclusions:1.The forehead infrared images of different blood pressure have different features.2.The higher normal blood pressure is higher than the normal blood pressure,which indicates that there is a certain degree of damage to the brain vessels.3.The infrared thermogram of the dialectical type of hypertension has different characteristics.The infrared thermogram of the liver yang hyperactivity syndrome and the yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity in the hypertension group shows the diffuse red region and the abnormal bright area in the region of the head and neck with the red region of the two rib region;the infrared heat map of the stagnation of phlegm dampness syndrome is special.The characteristic manifestation of the thermal state of the body is the distribution of red and yellow green spots,and the characteristic of the infrared heat map of the Yin and yang two deficiency group is that the whole thermal distribution color is more yellow and green than the other three groups.Infrared thermography can assist clinical diagnosis of TCM,providing a visual basis for TCM theory and syndrome differentiation.
