From the perspective of the treatment process, exploring the restriction and out of control relationship when the individual suffering from diseases and in the process of seeking medicine services between individual and hospital, doctors. Along with the variation of treatment experience for patients, between the main bodies of different interest demands, and eventually end up with in the form of doctor-patient conflicts.Based on the research, we put forward views as follows in this paper: 1. Hospitals and doctors for proper and improper reasons tend to restrain patients in the doctor-patient relationship; 2. Due to the rise of culture level of peoples' thought and the spread of modern medical technology, people having knowledge of medicine. In doctor-patient relationship, patients have a more and more strong desire to carry out a equal dialogue with the doctors. At the same time, patients may be questioned the doctors' advice, even refuse them, that is to say out of control for doctors; 3. When the relationship in this kind of restriction and out of control that in the seeking medicine services process bring negative experiences, it will cause the doctor-patient contradiction, even evolution of the doctor-patient conflicts; 4. To build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship, the medical perspective must return to the "whole person", pay attention to the experience in the process of patients during the treatment, and pay more attention to the “soul person” instead of “disease” only. Then develop the medical social work in large hospital, its can reduce the medical staff work pressure, at the same time, its can strengthen the communication with the patient, and strengthen the doctor-patient trust. We need to improve medical and health system, and the medical insurance system. Make the whole society to enjoy fair, high quality medical and health services, lighten the burden of the doctor people at the same time, improve the accessibility of health service, meet the demand of more people see the doctor.
