Tourette syndrome,as a set of movement disorders of unknown origin,is a kind of obvious tendency genetic neural mental illness. Its main show is objective and rapid mobility of one or more parts of the body twitch or voice to twitch. It has many characteristics, such as chronic, volatility, recurrence of symptoms.Mainly according to its clinical manifestation to determine clinical diagnosis. This dissertation is divided into three parts, literature review, clinical and experimental research.Literature review in the first part summarizes the description of the similar twitch performance in the ancient medical books. It also discusses the doctor treated from different viscera and the effect of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of twitch, such as the acupuncture and massage the acupuncture points. The second part introduces the epidemiology, pathogenesis and diagnosis, illness evaluation questionnaire of Tourette Syndrome.Clinical research was mainly about the mentor method from of Doctor Wang in the treatment of children with tourette syndrome.Curative effect were observed by record and comparison.Objective:1.Observe the method of expelling wind and resolving phlegm in the clinical curative effect and safety of children with tourette syndrome;2.Watch out the wind JingNing granule on IDPN twitch caused by rat model overall behavior change.Clinical research:According to the standards, select the children who has already been diagnosed tourette syndrome, from Dongzhimen hospital of pediatrics in January 2014-January 2015.Contrast,before and after to take their own experience to mentor's liver extinguish wind phlegm oral medicine, respectively,at 0,4,8,12 weeks for children with YGTSS score and record of syndromes, observe adverse reactions, and presence of laboratory test index of abnormal children.Evaluating the effect of the children after 12 weeks of treatment.Results:1.The basic information:into the group of children with sex with men is given priority to,the onset age concentrated in the preschool years.2.The curative effect:compared with YGTSS score before and after the treatment, there is significant difference, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Respectively for motility twitch and voice to twitch before and after comparison, significant differences before and after, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).3.The symptoms improved:through before and after treatment in children with eating sleep lingual arteries and veins of integral evaluation comparison, after treatment than before treatment to improve the general symptoms.4.Drug safety:during the period of clinical observation,no adverse events was found. Conclusion:Flat liver extinguish wind phlegm method not only can improve twitched with motility twitch and sexual twitch symptoms, also had an improved at the same time to eat sleep and other.Experimental study:Materials and methods:clean level 4 weeks of 108 male Wistar rats, after adaptive feed in 1 days, were randomly divided into 6 groups,1 group of intraperitoneal injection of saline solution, more than 5 groups with IDPN abdominal cavity injection mould.Behavioral assessment after 1 week, respectively to make groups of distilled water, haloperidol, expelling wind JingNing particles in low, medium and high dose lavage;blank group to distilled water to fill the stomach, observation of weight every day, every week to score of rat behavior,6 weeks after the evaluation results. Results:Improvement is not obvious in haloperidol behavior of rat.Groups of Chinese traditional medicine curative effect is better than that of haloperidol group. The differences between different dose the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),High dose of Chinese medicine in improving the TS model the behavior of rats is better than that of low dose group.
