Objective:(1)Continuous and dynamic observation of the clinical effect of Tourette syndrome treated with the prescription of nourishing heart and controlling twitch,to find the reason and low of the condition of repeated.(2)Explore the tourette syndrome associated with cellular immunity, humoral immunity and autoimmunity.Methods:(1)According to the Chinese medicine dialectical,160patiens of the tourette syndrome were divided into Gankang Fengdong type, Pixu Gankang type and Yinxu Fengdong type. They were treated with the prescription of nourishing heart and controlling twitch, lasting6months. Before and after treatment were observed in all the number of tic symptoms, frequency, intensity, complexity, and interference score changes, with YGTSS to conduct comprehensive assessment of tic severity scale; The scores were counted in tic location and degree of change before and after treatment, with tic severity score table; Assess the emotion and sleep of score changes in TCM before and after treatment with the TCM emotion and sleep score table. Fill in the forms respectively including YGTSS to conduct comprehensive assessment of tic severity scale, tic severity score table and the TCM emotion and sleep score table before treatment and after three,six months of treatment.(2) Tourette syndrome detection of levels of TNF-?, IL-6, ANA, IgA, IgG and IgM with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method; T lymphocyte subsets with flow cytometry.Results:(1) After three months' treatment of nourish heart and control twitch prescription, the significant efficiency was15%, the total efficiency was81%; after treatment of six months, the significant efficiency was44%, the total efficiency was89%.The score of overall tic symptoms before treatment than after three or six months of treatment, the score was significant difference (P<0.05); The numbers of the TCM emotion and sleep have significant difference before and after treatment (P<0.05).(2) The markedly effective rate and total efficiency of different syndrome types have no significant difference (P>0.05); In The score change of overall tic symptoms before treatment and after three or six months of treatment, three syndrome types have no significant difference (P>0.05);The relief of the TCM emotion and sleep with different syndrome types has no significant difference (P>0.05).(3)Compared to the normal value that had been tested in the hospital, the level of T lymphocyte subsets such as CD3+, CD8+are higher, but having no statistical significance (P>0.05); The level of T lymphocyte subsets such as CD4+and CD4+/CD8+are obviously lower,both having statistical significance; Immunoglobulin such as IgA,IgG and IgM are obviously lower,all having statistical significance (P<0.05); TNF-? and IL-6are clearly lower, both having statistical significance (P<0.05); test results of ANA in30patients were negative.Conclusion:(1)The study suggests that nourish heart and control twitch prescription curing tourette syndrome have significant therapeutic effects, so that the number of patients with tic symptoms, frequency, intensity, complexity and the TCM evidence has significant improvements;160patients in the first6months with rapidly rising,overall condition was not repeated,or individual patients despite repeated,but not to the effect on total scores lower degree, the future should continue to lengthen or shorten the period of observation, observation segment of time,or change of perspective,to comprehensiveevaluation of the disease repeated s ituations. The therapeutic effects of Nourish heart and control twitch prescription curing tourette syndrome with different syndrome types have no significant differences, and the degree of overall tic symptoms and the TCM emotion and sleep with different syndrome types has no significant difference.(2)The cause of tourette syndrome may be associated with cellular immunity, humoral immunity and autoimmunity. We should make immune levels of tourette syndrome patients and patients with recurrent respiratory tract infection compared,and further explore the immunological factors how to influence the pathogenesis of tourette syndrome and pathological process.
