The Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Orally With Scraping In The Treatment Of Children With The Type Of Gan Kang Feng Dong Of Tourette Syndrome

Objective: Observing the clinical effects of Chinese Medicine with Scraping therapy for the type "Gan Kang Feng Dong" of Children with Tourette syndrome,and explore its mechanism. To exert the advantages of TCM with external therapy and provide the clinic evidences and consultation for a better and more reasonable treatment.Methods:This research adopts the method of case-control study.It based on the theory of TCM and the experience of my tutor guidance. We collected 97 cases of children that meet the diagnostic criteria of Tourette syndrome and the type of "Gan Kang Feng Dong". Then divide them into control group and experimental group;The control group was treated with Chinese medicine oral and The experimental group was given Chinese medicine oral with the scraping therapy.A month is a treatment course. Clinical observation and statistical recording are made in this month.Results:Both the treatments of two groups can reduce the score of YGTSS and Syndrome of traditional Chinese Medicine.Both two treatments can play a therapeutic effect.But the YGTSS efficiency(75%)and the TCM syndrome score efficiency (80%) of experimental group are higher than control group with YGTSS efficiency (60.5%) and the TCM syndrome score efficiency (67%). There is statistical significant difference between two groups.Conclusion:The clinical observation shows that oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine with scraping therapy on the treatment of children with transient tic disorder and the type of "Gan Kang Feng Dong" is better than the simple oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine.The result shows us the clinical value.
