Soft tissue appeared dysfunctional, tissue damage (including bleeding, swelling, fiber fracture, small joint synovial incarcerated, etc.), the injured tissue will occur a series of pathological changes and form chronic traumatic scar, adhesion, cause muscle abate and disorders, pain and muscle spasms, protective local soft tissue tension increases, influence the normal function and balance coordination. Past studies have shown that signs and symptoms of soft tissue tension increased and its related diseases have a certain correlation, and experimental research, this paper preliminarily myofascial pain syndrome symptoms and soft tissue tension, the relationship between patients with lumbar muscle fascia pain syndrome by testing normal waist soft tissue tension, to look on the correlations between the change and the pain, as well as the treatment of lumbar muscle fascia pain syndrome in patients with symptoms, functional status, the impact of soft tissue tension characteristics were studied.Purposes:1. By testing the waist from the testing point of soft tissue tension, understanding between patients with myofascial pain syndrome and normal, soft tissue tension, the difference between the observation and analysis of the correlation of soft tissue tension characteristics and pain symptoms.2. After treatment of lumbar back myofascial pain patients, the waist soft tissue changes in the tension, analyze the symptoms and signs changes and the correlation between the waist soft tissue tension.Methods:1. Myofascial pain syndrome in patients with soft tissue and normal tension index, the differences of research into patients and30cases of normal people. Soft tissue tension tester tests the list of waist soft tissue tension values, the contrast of soft tissue tension index between the normal and patients, and patients with low back pain of whether there is a difference between side and healthy side. To explore the soft tissue tension tests as indicators of diagnosis of disease or method.2. After the treatment of myofascial pain syndrome in patients with symptoms, functional status and the research on the effects of soft tissue tension, income patients,30cases were observed before and after treatment in patients with pain VAS score, ersion, pressure point distribution and characteristic of the soft tissue tension RMDQ contrast each observation point the patient's symptoms and signs (VAS, ersion) RMDQ and soft tissue tension changes.Results:1. The lesion group and low back pain of soft tissue tension displacement has obvious difference, scoop up1kg and2kg to normality test, can be considered to obey normal distribution. Of independent sample t-test, lesion group and low back pain have significant sexual differences between with a statistical significance.2. Visual analog pain scale:1week after treatment to cure the total rate of4.76%, total ratio were markedly improved85.71%. Ersion dysfunction RMDQ questionnaire:before treatment:11.29,1week after treatment:6.48. Soft tissue tensiometer test torn muscle and spinal muscular tension, and more torn muscle tissue displacement and vertical displacement of spinal muscular tissue were significantly increased after treatment. The waist soft tissue tension index trend for improvement and the change trend of symptoms, function, quality of life improved, correlation. Side out the results of the pressure gauge, pressure point values were significantly increased after treatment.Conclusion:In this study, the measured displacement of soft tissue and tenderness, after treatment showed a trend of increase, after statistics analysis, found that the tension of soft tissue displacement and pressure point pressure value of correlation. Soft tissue tension test and pressure test with hope as a noninvasive detecting method, reflect the corresponding point from pain, but its diagnostic sensitivity and specificity, further studies are needed to support.
