PurposeInvestigate knee osteoarthritis and its TCM syndromes and bone metabolism markers, and provide a theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis, treatment and treatment evaluation.MethodThe study of60cases met the inclusion criteria of patients with knee osteoarthrit is in the orthopedic clinic of Guang An Men Hospital of China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Col leet the patient's basic medical history and general information, a preliminary assessment from the TCM syndrome, Chinese medicine clinical symptoms and WOMAC index, also check the patients with early morning fasting blood monitoring of bone metabolic markers, and record the data results. Analysis of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome correlation with knee osteoarthritis WOMAC score index; different TCM syndromes and bone metabolic markers; knee osteoarthritis WOMAC score index and the correlation of bone metabolic markers. All data to use SPSS18statistical software.ResultThe correlation between BMI and WOMAC index, BMI greater, the higher the WOMAC index. Knee osteoarthritis liver and kidney deficiency, tendons the stasis card WOMAC scores index and parathyroid hormone (r=0.522, P=0.011<0.05), osteocalcin (r=0.537, P=0.008<0.05) with significant, no correlation with other biochemical markers of bone metabolism. Spleen and kidney deficiency, osteoarthritis of the knee, wet Note joints permit WOMAC scores index and osteocalcin (r=0.392, p=0.039<0.05),25hydroxyvitarain D3,(r=-0.768, P=0.000<0.05) hassignifleant correlation, no correlation with other biochemical markers of bone metabolism. Osteoarthritis of the knee liver and kidney deficiency, phlegm and blood cross-resistance section permit WOMAC scores average25-hydroxyvitamin D3(r=-0.719, P=0.029<0.05) were significantly associated with sex, there are no biochemical markers of bone metabolismsex. There is no correlation between the WOMAC index and calcitonin. The WOMAC index and parathyroid hormone (r=0.280, P=0.030<0.05) correlation. WOMAC index and osteocalcin(r=0.404. P=0.001<0.05) with significant correlation, WOMAC Index and25-hydroxyvi tarain D3(r=-0.619, P=0.000<0.05) correlation. There is no correlation between the WOMAC index and type I collagen degradation products.ConclusionKnee osteoarthritis and bone metabolic markers, parathyroid hormone, osteocalcin,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3is relevant, and age, weight, BMI of the significant differences, suggesting that parathyroid hormone, osteocalcinparathyroid hormone,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3may be in the early-diagnosis of osteoarthritis of the knee, Clinical evaluation and course of monitoring significance; liver and kidney deficiency in TCM syndrome Hou, tendons and blood stasis syndrome and bone metabolic markersosteocalcin correlation; spleen and kidney deficiency, wet Note joints card and bone metabolic markers osteocalcin,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3is relevant; liver and kidney deficiency, phlegm and blood cross-resistance syndrome bone metabolismbiochemical indexes of25-hydroxyvitamin D3correlated, suggesting that there may be related to bone metabolism biochemical changes in osteoarthritis of the knee TCM syndrome type pathogenesis, which may prompt specific biochemical, indicators of bone metabolism can be used todistinguish between osteoarthritis of the knee TCM syndrome type and various card related treatment program formulation of great significance.
