Objective:To explore the correlation between different imaging stages of knee osteoarthritis and different TCM syndrome types with bone metabolism markerses, and to provide a theoretical basis for early clinical diagnosis, treatment and efficacy evaluation. Methods:Patients who met the diagnosis of KOA from January 2017 to December 2019 in the Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology of Nanjing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected, and a total of 120 patients were included for related research according to the criteria. The study subjects were divided into four stages according to the Kellgren-Lawrence classification method, and divided into four groups according to different stages, with 30 cases in each group.Serum examination of bone metabolism indicators was performed on all included patients, and clinical data(basic information,TCM classification and results of bone metabolism indicators)of collected patients were collected.Statistical research data were used to analyze the correlation between KOA stage and TCM classification and bone metabolism markerses. Results:There were significant differences in PINP,?-CTX,and OC markerses between 1.4 stages(P<0.05),all of which showed a downward trend;2.Correlation analysis showed that the image staging of KOA was negatively correlated with the correlation coefficients of-0.37,-0.94,-0.44,respectively;There was no statistically significant difference in the PINP markers among the 3.4 TCM syndrome types(P>0.05);the ?-CTX markers was significantly different among the 4 TCM syndrome types(P<0.05);and the OC between the 4 TCM syndrome types was significant. The markers difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);4.TCM syndrome type as the dependent variable(qi stagnation and blood stasis type and non-qi stagnation and blood stasis type, wind cold dampness type and non-wind cold dampness type, liver and kidney deficiency type and non-liver and kidney deficiency type, damp heat accumulation)Type and non-humidity condensed type),using three bone metabolism indicators(PINP,?-CTX,OC)as independent variables, introducing a binary logistic regression model, using the forward stepwise method, the results suggest various indicators and air stagnation There was no correlation between blood stasis type(P>0.05);wind cold dampness type was negatively correlated with OC(P<0.05),the incidence ratio was 0.89;liver and kidney deficiency type was positively correlated with OC(P<0.05),the incidence ratio It was 1.114;the damp-heat encapsulation type was negatively correlated with ?-CTX(P<0.05),and the occurrence ratio was 0.997.Conclusions:1.Different stages of knee osteoarthritis are related to bone metabolism markerses PINP,?-CTX and OC.2.Patients with knee osteoarthritis are more common in liver and kidney deficiency types.Bone metabolism markerses ?-CTX,OC are different between different types of TCM syndromes, and liver and kidney deficiency types are related to OC,and wind cold dampness type is related to OC.The moist heat episodic type is related to ?-CTX.
