Study On The Resistance Of Soybean Variety Resources To Gray Spot Disease

The identification of single and broad spectrum resistance of 704 soybean varieties inoculated with races 1,6,7 and 10 of Cercospora Sojina was identified by way of artificial inoculation in this paper.The results showed that among the varieties in the test expressed disease resistant to four races,199 varieties from Heilongjiang Province and the proportion was 28.3%;62 varieties from Jilin Province and the proportion was 8.8%;29 varieties from Liaoning Province and the proportion was 4.1%;27 varieties from Shandong Province and the proportion was 3.8%;24 varieties from Beijing region and the proportion was 3.4%;20 varieties from other Provinces and the proportion was 2.8%.Those interim resistant of 704 soybean varieties to races 1,6,7 and 10 of Cercospora Sojina were as follows: 731 varieties from Heilongjiang Province and the proportion was 103.8%;457 varieties from Jilin Province and the proportion was 64.9%;134 varieties from Liaoning Province and the proportion was 19%;135 varieties from Shandong Province and the proportion was 19.2%;112 varieties from Beijing region and the proportion was 15.9%;104 varieties from other Provinces and the proportion was 14.8%.The marshalling sequence from high to low of disease resistant in different Provinces(regions)was Heilongjiang,Jilin,Liaoning,Shandong,Beijing and other areas and that of interim resistant was Heilongjiang,Jilin,Shandong,Liaoning,Beijing and other areas.63 types were disease resistant and 215 types were mid-resistance to more than two spaces of Cercospora Sojina among the soybean varieties from Heilongjiang Province.17 types were disease resistant and 137 types were mid-resistance to more than two spaces of Cercospora Sojina among the soybean varieties from Jilin Province.6 types were disease resistant and 35 types were mid-resistance to more than two spaces of Cercospora Sojina among the soybean varieties from Liaoning Province.8 types were disease resistant and 37 types were mid-resistance to more than two spaces of Cercospora Sojina among the soybean varieties from Shandong Province.8 types were disease resistant and 31 types were mid-resistance to more than two spaces of Cercospora Sojina among the soybean varieties from Beijing region.5 types were disease resistant and32 types were mid-resistance to more than two spaces of Cercospora Sojina among the soybean varieties from other Provinces.
