Research On Public Space In Urban Residential Building Design

Under the background of the rapid development of modern housing,harmonious and beautiful communication environment for residents is also the modern living environment that modern residents mostly look forward to and pursue.Public space in residential space is an important link in maintaining the emotion between neighborhoods.Public space in the beginning of the modern houses design is also a space that architects are keen to study and explore.Both community-type and familyowned houses are residential architecture styles that are currently effective in promoting neighborhood relationship.They all have a rich public space,and they can meet the needs of communication between different groups.The article is divided into three parts.The first part is the literature review,it collect the related theoretical documents and research the subject,and get the conclusion of an effective research method.The second part is an in-depth analysis of the research report,the aim is to support the following data of public space design.The third part is the specific design of public space in residential buildings,and to response to the original intention of the topics.Good residential public space can provide a place for harmonious,happy neighborhood relationships.Through investigating the behavioral habits of residents,the author analyzes and summarizes what kind of public space can promote neighborhood communication.Combining existing public spaces that need improvement and public spaces that residents expect to have,it’s applied to the design of public spaces in residential buildings.
