Project schedule management is an important part of project management,which plays an important role in project management.In the construction process,the project is often affected by various factors,such as the management schedule control consciousness,insufficient supply of resources,abnormal weather factors etc.,which led to the progress of the project by the interference caused by the delay in the schedule.,So it is necessary to adjust and control the progress.Due to the long construction period and the increasing uncertainty factors in the construction process of the hospital building,it is more likely to lead to schedule delay.Therefore,it is important to control the progress of the project.Taking the hospital outpatient building project of Yidu Central Hospital of Weifang city as an example,based on the project schedule control theory and method,the paper determines the logical relationship and work schedule by WBS,formulates project schedule,and Optimizes and control the project schedule through dynamic monitoring and deviation analysis,to achieve the objectives of the project.At the same time,through the research,the paper summarizes project schedule management method of hospital comprehensive building project,to find experience and the insufficiency of project schedule control,and provide theoretical and practical basis for the similar project.Firstly,the paper expounds the project management theories and methods,introduces the situation,schedule object and influence factors.Secondly,the paper formulates the project plan of the outpatient building project.The paper determines the logical relationship and work schedule by WBS;develops reasonable and feasible schedule and determines the key line of the project applying Gantt chart and network diagram method.Thirdly,the paper carries out the schedule control of the outpatient building project.In order to ensure the implementation schedule,the paper keeps dynamic monitoring of the project schedule.Then the paper analyzes project schedule control applying S curve method and earned value method,to find the deviation of the actual construction and planned progress and take measures to eliminate deviation.Finally,the paper puts forward the guarantee measures of the project schedule control from the aspects of organization,resources,management and special weather,to ensure the smooth implementation of the project schedule.
