As a key system to ensure the production quality and efficiency of the fuze,penetration fuze testing system plays an important role in the production and acceptance process of fuze.The special fuze test system,in the actual detection process there have been a large number of test results of low reliability,the problem continues to constrain the production quality and efficiency of the increase.To solve this problem,reliability analyses on the hardware and software of the system were carried out,whose analysis results served as theoretical basis for corresponding optimization.Firstly,this thesis analyzed specific composition,major functions,performance parameters and detailed implementation methods of the existing special testing system.On this basis,it was proposed that software fault tree and hardware FMEA analysis method can be adopted to conduct reliability analyses on the hardware and software of the system.Secondly,the software and hardware of the system are respectively analyzed for reliability and optimized according to the analysis results.For software system,a model of key codes was built by software fault tree and then analyzed,from which two problems of low operation efficiency of key algorithm and poor resistance to random disturbance in the software system were figured out.In terms of the hardware system,all the fault modes were summarized and hazard analyses were conducted in turn.It is found through analyses that the hardware system had two weak links of low power supply of power model and poor circuit anti-interference ability.Therefore,based on the results of the reliability analysis,the hardware and software were both optimized and improved.And then,in view of the problem that testing results of tests conducted on the existing drop-hammer impact test stand is unreliable,the method of using ADAMS software to conduct the dynamic simulation analysis was adopted to confirm the design deficiencies of drop-hammer impact test stand.Based on the simulation results,the structure of the drop hammer was optimized and verified.Finally,a dedicated test system optimization after optimization experiments.Through analysis of experimental data,the results indicated that reliability of the optimized system reaches over 99%.In other words,optimization measures of the system effectively raise the overall reliability and measurement accuracy of the system without affecting the basic detection function.
