Rocket bomb is showing some new development trend, such as, rang remote, combat precision, high power, multipurpose and diversification of power propulsion system. Since World WarⅡ, many countries have shifted high-value targets in the firmness underground blindage. In order to destroy these targets, the development of penetrating warhead and fuze become a hot pot. Fuze technology is the key of technical problems in the development of penetration rocket bomb, meanwhile, fuze technology to achieve the best explosion effect is very important.Rocket in flight active segment produce acceleration with relatively long time, which can be used as an environmental incentives for long-range arming. The safety device of penetration rocket is adopted as clock mechanism with runaway escapement. Based on CAD technology and Multi-body Dynamics theory, the clock mechanism has carried on the modeling and simulation. Studied and analyzed its reliability and safety, proved its accord with tactic requirements.Design the overload signal into electrical signal circuit. Based on SCM C8051, design penetration rocket bomb control circuit, witch makes the rockets can according to overload signal to calculate the layers of penetrating floor and spatial, and choose the best initiation time. Through penetration testing, prove the circuit can working in the penetration process. On the background of rocket penetrating multiple objectives, use ANSYS/LS—YNA to identify the overload characteristics between rockets and concrete. Research the process of projectile penetrating concrete targets under various conditions. This clock mechanism with runaway escapement and circuit provide a reference for other same type of penetration rocket engineering.
