The penetration fuze of a rocket projectile is the research object,the development and importance of the penetration fuze at home and abroad is studied in this paper.According to the functional requirement of the rocket penetration fuze and flight characteristics,analysising the ballistic environment of the rocket and the overload conditions when the rocket penetrating the goal.Determining the optimum detonating sequence of penetration rockets.Putting forward the main tactical index rockets penetration fuze.According to the requirements of the rockets penetration fuze indexes for fuze design,the general planning of the fuze design is carried out and according to the project to be completed by the fuze design,the buffer mechanism,the S&A system,the physical power,the delay detonating device,the adaptive initiating mechanism and the explosive train and other part of the design were analysised,the comprehensive consideration of safety,reliability,economy and practicability of the fuze,on the basis of fuze is given preliminary design scheme of each part and sketches,its basic structure and process are analyzed.In comprehensive consideration of safety,reliability,economy and practicability of the fuze,the design scheme of each part of the fuze,and sketches,its basic structure and process were analyzed.According to the overall design scheme of the rockets penetration fuze,the key mechanism has carried on the analysis and calculation.First of all,the design and analysis of inertia mechanism were took out,and the parameters was took out of the sensitive spring.Deriving and calculating the angle of attack,torque,moment of inertia,moving time and distance of the clockwork.Then,carriyng on the design and calculation of centrifugal mechanism,checking the strength of centrifugal plate spring.Second,the analysis and design of the adaptive initiation mechanism were carried out,and putting forward the calculation method of the extension of the adaptive initiating mechanism and calculating thedjusting delay time and the fixed delay time,analyzing the adaptive efficiency of fuze-warhead coordination initiation mechanism.Third,designing the delay detonating device,and analyzing the universal mathematical model of the inertial switch,the instant degrees of typical penetration overload of universal inertial switch were calculated.Finally,the analysis and design of the physical power were completed and check the strength of physical power thrust in the spring and the penetration overload the strength of the relevant parts.Checking the thrust the strength of the spring in the physical power and the strength of the penetration overload related parts.After the design the analyze the structure and function principle of rocket penetration fuze,the test verification for the various parts and fuze is carried out,the test results show that the fuze was reliable to resist the impact of overload,and could timely and reliably respond,it suggestted that the design of the fuze is feasible.
