With the development of national defense technology, high velocity penetration missile has become the hot spot of the world.high velocity missile of long range. Because of high speed,the penetration and destructive ability are very excellent. It can enhance the combat capability of troop's long-range precision strike weapon equipment system.Fuze is an important part of penetration missile, the velocity of penetrator is much higher,the result a larger Impact force,more difficult design and higher cost. So we use the equative model test because of its cheaper, we can obtain the characteristic parameters from the model test of the fuze.The main contents of this paper are:1. The numerical simulation about the process of projectile penetrating concrete is made with proper material models and material parameters for projectile, fuze and concrete.2. This paper studies the theoretical analysis of high-speed penetration warhead fuze simulation equivalence method, and according to the equivalent similarity theory to the study of high-speed warhead. Through two kinds of different diameter of projectile penetration into multi-layer concrete target, we can obtain penetration overload curve. Overload, fuse, time to peak and duration of the pulse can be read out by the curve. Fuse structure strength and circuit control module can be realized from the examination.3.By using ANSYS/LS-DYNA simulation software, two kinds of different diameter of projectile penetrating concrete target is obtained, It contains overload, fuse, time to peak and duration of the pulse. The results showed that the destruction of the state of motion, numerical simulation can reproduce the stress state and the target board. It plays a very good supplement and reference in penetrating warhead fuze simulation equivalence study.In this paper, through theoretical analysis and simulation verification, it is proved that the simulation equivalent method in high-speed warhead fuze design process is effective.It can greatly reduce the development cost of fuze, shorten the development cycle, has high practical value in engineering application.
