| In recent years, the housing industrialization of our country have an unprecedented development under the actively promotion of government and broad participation of guide enterprises. Local government efforts to build industrial base of housing industrialization and promote the housing industrialization base to the industry cluster development of housing industrialization. At the same time, there are also exposed lots of problems. Because the relevant laws and standard system of industrialized housing can not apply to each link of construction process comprehensively, which has seriously affected the improvement of housing industrialization development project quality. Therefore, based on the current development of housing industry and combined quality supervision mode of foreign housing industrialization, there are establish the quality supervision system of housing industrialization, strengthen the supervision and management of industrial clusters within the housing industrialization engineering related enterprises and improve the quality of housing industrialization, which should be an important work in order to promote healthy and rapid development of current housing industry.This paper analyzed related theory which based on of the industrial cluster of housing industrialization quality supervision, discussed the connotation of the industrial cluster and analyzed of the composition and formation conditions of it. Meanwhile, this paper analyzed supporting system of housing industrialization, especially focus on the framework of housing industrialization and engineering quality supervision framework supporting system of our country, summarizes the problem of housing industrialization quality supervision currently.Through the analysis of comparing with foreign housing industry quality supervision mode, this paper combined with the specific situation in our country, analysis how to construct the quality supervision system of industrial cluster based on the quality supervision of the housing industry. Meanwhile, the paper constructed quality the supervision system of housing industrialization based on industrial cluster and perfected the communication information platform of it.This paper, using constructed the industrial cluster of housing industrialization quality supervision, analyze housing industrialization development of Jinan City and explore the problems existing in the industrialization of residential engineering quality supervision. Then, the paper put forward to establish the corresponding institutions of the industrial cluster of housing industrialization quality supervision in order to perfect the new system. Finally, summarizes the main results of the further research. |
