Reconstruction Of Living Environment Outside The Residential Area In The Context Of Aging

Since the reform and opening up, China’s rapid development of residential construction, a lot of developers in order to seek to maximize the benefits of green area continue to be compressed, the outer environment design of residential areas to focus only on the green and beautiful, more emphasis on visual effects. However, with the rapid growth of the elderly population, the elderly have become the main residential areas of people, their needs and conflicts outside the residential environment between the current performance is particularly prominent, sharp, and slowly began to pay attention to the needs of the elderly use. Therefore, in line with older people-oriented principle, starting from the actual needs of the elderly, living area and outdoor environment for recycling,for the elderly and create a comfortable living environment, establish a positive and healthy attitude towards life, for building livable, happiness, harmonious society is of great significance.In this paper, it was built in the eighties and nineties of last century residential area outside environment as the research object, from the actual needs of the reality outside the residential environment and the elderly as a starting point, through the form of field research on the residential area outside environmental situation analysis, the elderly-oriented fundamental principles as a guide, and finally propose measures outside under aging residential environment remanufactured. Through literature studies, field visits, surveys, analysis, inductive method, to investigate the aging trend analysis, the analysis of external demand contradiction using state of the environment and the residential area between the elderly and the aging trend in response to proposed residential area principles and measures the extracellular environment remanufactured.
