With the development of science and technology, a variety of fluid meter is widely used in the process of industrial production, fluid meter measurement accuracy will be reduced in the long time use and repair after, requires a system to calibration of fluid meter. The traditional calibration system using manual or semi-automatic operation, the process is more complex operation, calibration data in the process of manual records and manually calculate the calibration data, synchronization is not easy to control the sampling time, there is slow, inefficient and error such problems simultaneously. Based on analyzing the traditional calibration system, this subject has designed a set of high precision, high efficiency automatic calibration system.Be based on the fluid meter calibration system design and analysis, configuration software for a brief overview, to determine the calibration method and the overall design of the calibration. The system designed in this task by using the method of static volume method and standard meter method combining fluid meter calibration, greatly improved the system for flow meter calibration accuracy. To install the PC machine Kingview software for PC, through the simulation of working process of Kingview software calibration screen scene, and records, analysis, report on the acquisition of date, automatic calibration function calibration system to improve the efficiency of the calibration system calibration; plc, ADAM-module, flow integrating instrument as slave computer, to complete the flow, pressure date acquisition, and control of the solenoid valve, electric control valve, inverter and other implementing agencies, improve the automation control system. Meanwhile, to ensure a stable system piping in constant liquid, the paper also designed a Water Supply System, using the PID control algorithm to constantly adjust the output frequency of the inverter, thus ensuring a stable pressure in the pipeline to achieve a constant flow of water in the pipe.Finally, the flow meter at different times of the flow point calibration experiments, by analysis of experimental data to determine the feasibility of this project design system.This topic design of fluid meter calibration system with reasonable structure, perfect function, high degree of automation, simple operation and convenient, to overcome the disadvantages of traditional calibration system of manual, semi automated problem, a stable and reliable process control and date recording, to meet the high efficiency, high precision of fluid meter calibration requirements.
