The flowmeter form the development to be put into use, The study of characteristics of themeter systematically is very important. Especially for high precision standard of disseminationof the flowmeter and the flowmeter as economic or trade calculation. These experimentalresearch needed on the standard factilities. So the standard factilities must to meet theflowmeter conditions, and it must be high precision and high intelligence and high reliability.The standard flowmeters of the gas flow standard factilities are texted by the higher gas flowstandard factilities. They have excellent accuracy and repeatability. After detecting the gas flowof the standard flowmeters and the detected flowmeter at the same time and temperaturecompensation and pressure compensation, we can get the performance of the detectedflowmeter. The gas flow standard factilities using master meter method is easy to cooperate,and it is economical and practical. So it is particularly suitable for small and medium-sizedinstrument company.The first chapter introduces the research background, significance and the development ofgas flow standard factilities at home and abroad at present stage. The second chapter describesthe principle of calibration and the operation model in this gas flow standard factilities. Thisstandard factilities consists of a standard table systems, control systems, and data acquisitionsystem components.The third chapter details the design of the pulse acquisition card. It introduces thehardware design and the embedded software for the equal precision frequency measurementmodule and pulse synchronous measurement module and communication module. Chapter IVdetails the design of the PC calibration software. Under VS2012C++language developmentenvironment as well as using MFC microsoft foundation class library, I design parametersetting interface and calibration interface and control interface and testing result outputinterface. It introduce the design of automatic flow control module to flow control precisely andautomatically. Including repeatability experiments and calibration experiments andexperimental analysis.In fifth chapter, in order to solve the problem of the standard facilities with high expanded uncertainty which affected by the linearity of the standard flowmeter itself, the improvement offlow meter accuracy by compressing measurement range was investigated after the analysis ofthe effect of the accuracy of vortex flowmeter, the relationship between the linearity of thestandard flowmeters and the expanded uncertainty of the standard facilities was established. Amethod was presented to reduce the expanded uncertainty of the standard facilities. Theexpanded uncertainty of the standard facilities were evaluated on the theoretical calculation, theefficacy were tested. The experimental results show that we can reduce the expandeduncertainty of the standard facilities by compressing measurement range and combinationoptimization.The sixth chapter is conclusion and prospect, point out the need to further improve theplace and the research orientation for the future.
