With the development of logistics,computer and communication technology,as a typical representative of modern logistics,automatic stereoscopic warehouse has become the inevitable tendency of traditional storage.At present,many traditional superior industries have started to be transformed their traditional storage systems into automatic stereoscopic warehouse.Domestic large injection mold industries are rarely equipped with automatic stereoscopic warehouse due to its heavy tonnage level of cargo.This thesis contraposes large injection mold industry,a set of automatic stereoscopic warehouse structure scheme(the maximum load 10 tons)is designed according to the existing related design requirements.Hope that the thesis can provide a reference experience for domestic research on heavy automatic stereoscopic warehouse study.In this thesis,the current status of the warehousing of the domestic large injection mold industry and the necessity of transforming to automated stereoscopic warehouse are introduced according to the research data and reference analysis.In this thesis,based on the general principles and structure design steps of stereoscopic warehouse,the structure of the stacker,the shelf and the conveying system are designed,and the general layout design is completed.The structure of the stacker mainly includes the access mechanism,the lifting mechanism and the walking mechanism:As for the access mechanism,compared with common stacker,this thesis makes some changes in the access mode,and design or select the corresponding parts in the stacker;As for the lifting mechanism,this thesis adopts the way of traction lifting,and do the corresponding components selection;As for the walking mechanism,its walking style and structure are designed,the structure design of the shelf mainly includes the selection of steel and checking calculation.General layout mainly include injection molding production areas,storage areas,transportation area,the structure of the conveyor should be equipped with in the layout is designed.In addition,in this thesis,the corresponding finite element analysis of the key components of the stacker and the shelf are completed to verify the rationality of structure design.
