| Automatic warehouse is a comprehensive science and technology projects in material handling and warehousing science.With the rapid development of China’s national economy and the expanding of modem production scale,we need more and more Automatic warehouse.And our requirements of all aspects of its function and performance are getting higher and higher.The research of critical control technology in high-tech products which is a collection of information,storage and management is of high socio-economic and market outlook.At present,China has the development of automatic technology in logistics management initially.In 90s,there are many Chinese cigarette enterprise are to be relocated or reconstruction,and the automatic warehouse be included in the upgrading,improve the level of automation management of logistics,obtained better economic benefits and social benefits.Automatic warehouse system has become an inevitable trend of transformation of cigarette production enterprises,but because each enterprise has its own characteristics such as area,investment,the degree of automation,informationize,operation cost,storage efficiency,building structure and structural strength,automatic warehouse is not qualified.Therefore,the storage mode selection becomes the key to the success of the warehousing system.In this thesis,taking the construction of automatic warehouse and retrieval system of cigarette factory as an example to discuss.This thesis first made a systematic introduction to the Automatic warehouse system.According to the actual needs of the subject,the system uses the roadway stacker automated three-dimensional storage.Stacker is the most important operating machinery for the warehouse system,which is in charge of the important task of storage.Through the analysis of the processes of the stacker we have got the overall control program automated warehouse system.The computer is as the host of management and the Programmable LogicController is as a control device to the stacker.According to the system needs,the article has confirmed the recognition site of the stacker.This system uses a combination of laser ranging technology and frequency control technology to achieve high-precision positioning control and speed control of the stacker.In software design,the system uses modular programming methods.This system prepared the PLC program with programming software Step’ of Siemens to achieve automatic and manual control of the operation of storage.According to the requirement of the system,RFID also be put in for the goods information management. |
