Research On The Blowout Simulation Teaching System

Well control as a key point procedure has been deeply entered every section of the oil and gas exploration and development section. Now with the constant progress of science and technology, the further development of oil and gas field is needed, Along with the complicated formation pressure of the old and new oil field, the risk of the Downhole operation is increased gradually. As the awareness?skillness and experiences of worker is totally different, so the well control work is difficult to be guaranteed. As more,blowout accident has always been the potential safety hazard which lead deadly? economically and negative social consequences. Under this circumstances, well control training program is becoming more and more important.As an effective measure to increase the operators practical skill, well control training program is an indispensable part of the staff training. In order to make full awareness of the whole blowout process, the vivid demonstration of the overflow, kick, blowout are needed to increase the workers'practical skills.In this essay,we analyzed and contrasted the basic data and types of the simulation well,we find the advantages and disadvantages. According to the results of the experiments,we chosen one simulation well and two gas storage well as the blowout training assembly well. It consists of a full set of workover rig, well control equipment, circulation system, ground monitoring-control system. Through theoretical analysis and a large number of experiments, established a perfect blowout simulation process.We using the compressed air, through the ground monitoring-control system, randomly inject the compressed air to push the annulus liquid to the production casing, so the different pressure gradient formation were simulated,and achieved the ideal phenomenons of the overflow, kick, blowout. In a word, by this way,we provided the new means for the training program and increased the well control awareness of the worker.
