As oil continues to be mined,the energy stored in the formation continues to be depleted,and the output of the corresponding wells continues to decrease.Even more,it will face stop-and-spray production,resulting in a large amount of residual oil remaining in the formation that cannot be mined.In order to make up for the underground pressure deficit that occurs after the crude oil is extracted,and to increase the pressure of the oil layer,the water injection operation of the oil field is a commonly used method in the current oil field.However,in the traditional layered water injection operation,when the normal pressure operation starts the lower column,the backwater in the bottom hole is very common.How high the column is lifted,how high the splash will be,and it is difficult to receive,not only spray Spilled oilfield workers are contaminated with sewage,which will also cause serious pollution to the surrounding environment.In severe cases,it will even endanger the life safety of oilfield workers.In order to solve this problem,based on the traditional layered water injection pipe column structure,combined with the site requirements,this paper proposes a new type of anti-spray water pipe column,which can not only achieve normal water injection function,but also achieve Anti-spray discharge.In this paper,the following research is mainly done for the design of the anti-spraying water pipe column.Firstly,combined with the actual situation of oilfield water injection operation,the reason of the internal overflow of the water injection pipe column is analyzed.For this reason,according to the idea that “the annulus fluid does not splash,the fluid in the pipe does not remain ”,the oil pipe,the ball blocking and the bridge type are used.The eccentric structural features improve the structure of the anti-nozzle column,and respectively design the upper and lower plugging dampers.Secondly,the mechanical model of the anti-spray pipe column under four different water injection conditions is created.The force of the column under different working conditions is analyzed.The stress of the node under different water injection conditions is analyzed.Deformation,the safety of the downhole tool under different water injectionconditions,can ensure the safe operation of the pipe string in the underground water injection operation.Then,based on the front force analysis,based on MATLAB software,a set of software for simulation of mechanical characteristics of water injection well nozzles is completed.The software can complete the functions of node stress,pipe discharge capacity and tool life.Simulation study to check the safety of the column.Finally,through the field oil field experiment,the working pressure difference between the upper plugging damper and the lower plugging damper,the opening pressure difference of the venting passage,the opening pressure difference of the bottom valve,the pressure difference of the umbrella valve,and the water retention The fallback time was tested and verified separately.Through the comparison between experimental verification and simulation results,verify the accuracy of software calculation.
