Ram blowout preventer open and shut well is crucial process of drilling well control training. Therefore, the design to the simulation of ram blowout preventer open and shut well,which is the base and protection to improve the physical well drilling well control training.Currently, drilling well control training face the following problems. First, the process does not get rid of its training manual teaching mode, resulting in low efficiency and degree of automation. Second, drilling well control training is not easy to reproduce the scene. That wastes high training costs but training effect is general. Third, the process is easy to ignore the quality of student training on operation of action implementation.To solve the above problems, this paper combined with the actual situation of the drilling well control, according to ram blowout preventer composition and working principle. Depth study for the physical simulation of ram blowout preventer open and shut well. The main contents as follows.(1)For the drilling well control training, this paper based on the analysis ram blowout preventer components and working principle. The physical simulation system design theory based on the transformation of ram preventer well switch related hardware equipment.Drilling well control simulation training system include the operation processes of the teaching mode, the training mode, the learning mode and the evaluation mode. To complete the control process of the simulation of the ram blowout preventer open and shut well.(2)Through analysis the closed loop control system, and combing with the stepping motor mathematical model. Starting from the closed-loop stepper control thought, well presented steady closed loop feedback algorithm to the physical simulation of ram blowout preventer open and shut well. Setting up the steady-state closed-loop feedback control step systems. Application of MATLAB/Simulink established the physical simulation model of ram blowout preventer open and shut well. Moreover, to analyze the simulation results. Enabling ram blowout preventer lock and unlock the well during the locking shaft displacement and torque control accuracy. Well to prove the validity of the ram blowout preventer open and shut well simulation steady closed loop feedback algorithm.(3)Use Zijinqiao configuration software to establish the simulation platform for the training of ram blowout preventer open and shut well. Implement automated well controltraining to replace the traditional teaching model. To establish teaching mode, training mode,learning mode and evaluation mode.
