In the process of traditional workover operations,the installation and unloading of oil pipes requires workers to manually operate hydraulic tongs.The hydraulic tongs weigh hundreds of kilograms.Frequent movement of the hydraulic tongs makes the workers more labor intensive and poses a higher safety hazard.The iron driller with a high degree of automation can complete the oil pipe unloading operation only by remote operation by the worker,but the price and maintenance cost are relatively high.In view of the characteristics of the above two types of equipment,this paper has completed a comprehensive design with equipment covering an area.An integrated blowout prevention wellhead up and shackle device with small area,high degree of automation and low manufacturing cost.The paper analyzes and studies the research status of domestic and foreign tubing top-up and shackle devices;combined with the current status and requirements of oilfield wellhead operations in China,an overall plan for integrated blowout-proof wellhead-up and down-off devices is determined;the overall top-up and shackle device is determined The structure was designed,including the size determination of the main tongs,back tongs,slips and moving rails;three-dimensional modeling and kinematics simulation analysis of the upper and lower shackle devices were carried out using UG,and the piston stroke of the slips hydraulic cylinder was determined.And thrust curves;on the basis of the three-dimensional model,using ANSYS to carry out the strength analysis and overall structural dynamics analysis of the main stressed parts of the upper shackle device,verifying the structure of the key parts of the upper shackle device from the simulation point of view Stability,while solving the natural frequency of the upper and lowering device,avoiding resonance during operation,and improving the stability of the structure;designing the hydraulic system of the upper and lowering device of the tubing,determining the main parameters of the hydraulic system and determining the main hydraulic pressure The components were selected,and the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system circuit of the lifting hydraulic cylinder under different loads were simulated and analyzed.The blowout prevention wellhead make-up device can reduce the number of wellhead workers,effectively combine the make-up device with the blowout preventer,increase the speed of the tubing break-up during workover operations,save the cost of workover operations,and have a higher economy benefit.
