With the development of oil exploration technology,people attempt to exploit the oil gas in a more complicated environment,which will undoubtedly increase the risk of blowout out of control.Once the blowout is out of control occurs will inevitably cause serious casualties,property loss and environmental damage.As the complex environment and high danger of well blowout of control field and the data is difficult to obtain,the success rare of rescue operations is seriously affected.Therefore,it is imperative to study the rescue process of well blowout of control,which is of great significance for solving the problems of rescue operations and improving the level of rescue operationsThe ways we try to predict blowout volume from flame height and optimize the blowout control and rescue process after blowout control and fire are analyzed in this paper,so I have done the following research for it.(1)Studied the equipment and process of the out of control process of the blowout out of control and the main problems in the whole process in detail.I analyzed the current research status about blowout out of control at home and abroad.(2)Presented the concept that from the height of the flame,calculate the blowout volume through the height of the flames and verified with field data.The calculation method of the blowout quantity is determined(3)Did the research about the state of the fluid when the blowout is out of control and combined with the features of blowout uncontrollable fire to ensure the jet pattern.(4)According to the relationship between the flame height and the blowout quantity,I have developed a software for calculating the volume of blowouts and can calculate the blowout volume quickly and easily.(5)According to the characteristics of on-site rescue,I have formulated a construction plan to solve the problem of relying on experience to construct the blowout uncontrolled emergency rescue and provide theoretical support for improving the success rate of emergency rescue.In order to control the out-of-control blowout accidents quickly and effectively,we must establishs a reasonable rescue plan.The main processes at home and abroad are pre-job preparation,removal of site obstacles,cooling,and re-installation of new wellheads.This topic addresses the problems of the blowout uncontrolled emergency rescue process,uses theoretical analysis,software simulation and other methods to predict the blowout volume,and combines the construction process,mainly to optimize the gas well blowout uncontrolled emergency rescue process.
