In the absence of utility power,weather stations installed in the open field rely on batteries to power the entire meteorological equipment.In the open field,temperature is the most important factor affecting the performance of the battery,especially in areas where is colder,the damage caused by the low temperature to the battery is inestimable.In order to ensure that the meteorological station batteries work effectively in the lowtemperature environment for a long period of time,this project has designed a new type of incubator for batteries.The research content of this topic is mainly divided into four aspects: hardware selection,Fuzzy PID controller design,software development,web server design.Insulation box hardware system takes STM32 MCU as the core,and combines ESP8266 network communication module,display module,temperature sensor and other modules to build and complete the low-level hardware architecture of temperature control system and detection system.In terms of control algorithms,the traditional PID control algorithm is combined with the fuzzy controller,and a series of control rules are designed and simulated for the thermostat control system.Software development includes low-level software development and mobile-side software development.The underlying software development mainly implements the temperature acquisition in the incubator and the configuration of the wireless network.Mobile software development enables remote interaction between the client and the battery incubator.The web server design mainly includes the server's platform construction,database design and web page development.The client enters the server address through the browser to obtain the temperature page returned from the server,and realizes the remote monitoring of the temperature in the incubator at any time and at any place through the computer and the mobile client.This paper theoretically analyzes and verifies the feasibility of the incubator.Through the test of the battery incubator,it shows that the design of the incubator is stable and reliable.The temperature of the incubator in winter is stable within the temperature range of 0°C~10°C,the temperature of the incubator in summer is stable within the temperature range of 15°C~25°C,and the precision of the oven control is ?0.5 °C.The client can remotely access the incubator temperature data,in line with the requirements of the battery in the field environment.
