Premature infants are a special group of newborns and are at high risk for many diseases.The application of infant incubator provides guarantee for the healthy growth and development of premature infants.The existing baby incubator still has some shortcomings in terms of heat preservation,moisture retention and nursing convenience.According to the requirements of the project,a multi-functional baby incubator with adjustable temperature and humidity,which is convenient for infant care and safe and reliable has been developed.It improves the performance of heat preservation and moisturization and the conve.The main work is as follows:1.According to the functional requirements of the incubator,the overall layout of the incubator was determined.The modular structure is adopted,including base,lifting mechanism,baby bed,tilting mechanism,equipment box,heating and humidifying system,constant temperature cover,etc.The modular structure is designed and the prototype is manufactured.2.The air flow in the incubator was studied,and the temperature field and flow field uniformity were analyzed and optimized.The effects of inlet size,outlet size,inlet wind speed and inlet angle were studied by orthogonal experiment.Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)method was used to analyze and calculate the temperature and velocity inhomogeneity coefficients of each group of experiments.The temperature and velocity inhomogeneity coefficients were obtained as the test indexes of temperature and flow field uniformity in incubator.By using range analysis method,the optimal combination scheme of various influencing factors is obtained.3.Static simulation of key components of baby incubator was carried out by ANYSY software,which ensured the strength of base,lifting platform and support plate of constant temperature cover.The structure of the supporting plate of the thermostat hood is optimized by response surface optimization method in ANSYS software,which greatly reduces the weight on the premise of guaranteeing the structural strength.4.Mathematical model of infant incubator was established by combining mechanism analysis and test analysis.Combining fuzzy control with PID control,a fuzzy-PID temperature control system is designed,and the design of the universe,membership function and rule base of the input and output of the fuzzy controller is completed.The temperature control system of fuzzy PID is simulated by SIMULLINK toolbox in MATLAB.Compared with the conventional PID control,the result shows that the fuzzy PID control achieves better control effect.
