At present,China's agricultural scientific research field,plant cultivation and research equipment is faced with the problems of large data collection time,inconvenient query data,and inaccurate management.Aiming at the above problems,this paper designs a miniature intelligent incubator.The incubator is mainly used for laboratory research on plant growth.It uses various sensors to upload data to the cloud through the Internet of Things,collects data in time,and can query historical data in real time.Set the environmental factor threshold,automatic control of the implementing agency to achieve the effect of automatic management.For ease of installation and management,the incubator architecture is designed to be three-tier,with a control system layer,a planting space layer,and an oxygenated irrigation layer.In order to avoid the influence of water vapor on the circuit,the upper layer is used to place the control system and battery-related components;In order to allow plants to effectively absorb sunlight,to facilitate the recording of plant growth status,the middle layer is fully transparent for the cultivation of plants;in order to achieve the convenience of replenishment,the bottom layer is for oxygenation and placement of irrigation equipment;Solar panels are installed at the top of the incubator.A detection control circuit based on STM32F103VET6 was designed to measure the environmental parameters of plant growth through soil moisture sensors,ambient light intensity sensors and ambient temperature and humidity sensors.Using hardware lowpass filtering and software Kalman filtering,the data is filtered to reduce the fluctuation of the analog signal.The filtered data is compared with the system set threshold in real time to control actuator actions so as to achieve a preset constant environment.Use WIFI to connect to the OneNET IoT platform to achieve real-time detection and control of incubator environmental data on the PC or mobile phone,and you can view historical data at any time.During the overall test,rape was planted in an incubator with a period of 25 days.The comparison between oxygenated irrigation and ordinary planting showed that oxygenation irrigation was superior to ordinary planting in plant growth rate,height,and leaf area,height,and leaf area.it was found that the system data transmission was stable and the various implementing agencies were working properly through monitoring.At the same time,the LCD touch screens and the OneNET Internet of Things as human-machine interactions displayed normal environmental parameters and the instructions were sent accurately.The results show that the incubator has reliable performance,stable operation,simple and convenient man-machine interaction,and can be used for long-term experimental research to meet experimental design requirements.
