Intelligent Light biological incubator has become the necessary equipment where in biology research, laboratory agricultural vegetable plant, aerospace and so on. Domestic biological incubators are single function, unstable performance, simple control system, also the control system isn't intelligence. While foreign illumination biological incubators have the features of versatility, high intelligence, stable performance, expensive and so on.Domestic market of biological incubator is basically monopolized by foreign expensive products. So, it is significance to develop a domestic versatile intellectual, high degree of energy and stable performance lighting biological incubator.Paper first analyzes the development status of the light bio-incubator at home and abroad, also gives the future development trend. Then research and design the multi-color illumination intelligent biological system which based on the ARM9 processor and the Linux operating system. We completed a multi-parameter monitoring, intelligent control algorithm, multi-functional, multi-task to achieve intelligent lighting biological incubator hardware and software systems development.Paper firstly analyzes several popular programs of the current control schemes. Also it shows the control scheme of the system. Last it gives overall system design ideas. Based on the given overall design ideas, we have designed the circuit of hardware platform system.We designed other hardware circuit and realized LED illumination control circuit,temperature and humidity control circuit, C02 concentration monitoring circuit and system peripheral circuits. After finished the hardware circuit, we should set up Linux operating system and finish the design work of software. We used Qt to complete the application software and interactive touch-screen interface. There is intelligent control algorithm in the control system. We used the control algorithm of fuzzy control & PID control to control the constant temperature and humidity. Also we used the clonal selection algorithm based on digital PID control algorithm constant light illumination. System testing shows that the overall function of the system meets the requirements.
